I wanted to share my great experience I had with this place. I needed a bed and mattress for my guestroom since my mother was going to be staying with me for about a month. I looked them up online and decided to go in. I was greeted by a young lady named Malia and I told her what my needs were. She showed me around a little and was extremely helpful, then let me browse on my own. I ended up walking into their mattress area and was in awe at how mattresses have changed in the last few years. Anyway, a guy named Buller (thats what he goes by, but his first name is Luis) came in and started showing me a few models. He laid me down on a TempurPedic just to try it out. I told him I wasnt shopping for myself but rather a guest room. I ended up in that mattress gallery for over an hour with him haha. Well let me just tell you, I ended up waking out of the store with not only the bedroom set and mattress for my guest room, but an amazing TempurPedic Cloud Supreme for myself, a new couch, and a TV Stand. I did their financing which to me was a shock on how long they offer interest free financing for (seemed like forever). My payment was like $88 for everything! The delivery of the bedroom and mattresses was super fast, next day. The couch and TV stand took 3 weeks to order. This is probably one of the biggest purchases I have ever made apart from my house and auto, but Luis and Malia were amazing! I never felt pressured or ignored, being in sales myself, thats not easy to accomplish with a guest. Greats service, great staff, the values are awesome, and great financing! They have free soft drinks, popcorn, and cookies for kids too :) If you want a great mattress go see them! Thanks guys! <3

We decided it was time to buy a new living room set.. Sofa, loveseat, recliner, end table and coffee table.. They were close andy wife and I strolled in.. We were greeted by a guy named Jeff.. He was polite, pleasant and NOT pushy... Definitely not that "vulture-esque" salesman feeling, I should know, I used to be in sales... He explained the layout and how it works, and if we needed him to just ask and hed let us "do a couple laps" hahahaha After a lap, several flops, sittings and so forth, we found what we thought was going to be the "one"... But it was closing time, so we left and were going to go back the next day.. Well, we didnt, we went a day later. No worries though, we had full intent. Funny thing, he didnt pressure for our phone numbers or anything.. When we went back in, he made a point to say hed forgotten to get them, but that was the end of that mention.. We looked again, compared a few we had thoughts about, asked about availability, and were thinking about which was really the "one" now.. Jeff let us know their credit/debit card system was going to be going down for a bit for updates, so we decided to grab a bite to eat and go back... Again, no number. Funny conversation about it, but in the end when his co-workers were teasing him, we were buyers.. He thoroughly explained everything about the process, delivery, warranties, etc. Couldnt have been an easier transaction .. If you want a smooth and pleasant deal, go see Jeff...

Id like to start by saying first impressions are everything. My first impression of this store was "WARNING! SALES PERSON!" That was thanks to an unsavory fellow by the name of Thomas. Typical, young and inexperienced sales guy trying to make his suggestions without gathering my reson for walking or motives. Straight "sharp angle" me into a "full set discount" that I clearly voiced I had no need for but to quote him verbatim "it will look ugly and be a childish decision to go with just a couch, add a lamp table to make an adult decision". So I was immediately thinking Im walking around for five minutes then walking out . As Im doing my five minute courtesy walk out I met Lorena B. She was asking questions that had nothing to do with sales just casual small talk, although Im aware this is a sales strategy she seemed genuine and thats all that was necessary for me to stay. Long story short Lorena helped me make a purchase based on what I wanted and what she recommended. Not once did I feel pushed or forced to buy , it took about five hours for me to make up my mind. I can say that if all I had seen at this store was Thomas I would of walked out and gone straight to the next one. But Lorena and even Jason (the manager) made it a very carefree and comfortable environment earning my business. At the end of the day I will be back and so will my friends and family just for Lorena. Thank you. PS. Mentirosa!!

I want to Edit my review by saying even though my experience was amazing at the store, my experience getting my living room set was not. I was delivered my things the same day because they had it in stalked but when they setted up I realized they brought me a set that was actually $500 cheaper than what I paid for. On top of that my love seat set was completely missing a peice for the cup holders. Im not one to complain often but when Im paying lots of money for certain things I expect to get what I pay for. Also when I called to see what had happened, I was told I will be called back & never was I called back. It was 7:30 pm when I called & I waited all night for a call even just for them to tell me a very simple apologie. At the store they were friendly & helpful from the moment I walked in. Lorena was kind & explained everything with detailed, but there was definitely something that went wrong when putting in my order. I am still waiting for my call & I would like to know when I will get my New living room set that I actually paid for. I am very disappointed!

Mor Furniture sold me furniture that wasnt in stock and did not make this clear to me. I thought my delivery date was April 11th, next day delivery, what a lie. After 3 different cancellations by Mor, I am now told today that my furniture will arrive on may 30th and there is nothing they can do to help. I guess when the 30th comes, they will change the date again...may be years till I get it at this rate. I do not recommend Mor to anyone. Terrible service. UPDATE: 0/5 stars, I have lost faith in the service. May 30th which was the "promised date of arrival" and the 3rd promise I was given, has now been postponed to June 6th. But Dont worry, theres MOR, they promised to have everything delivered on June 6th (the 4th promise). This service is actually so bad that it is laughable/a joke. They dont even give any compensation. I literally wont be surprised if I wait 6 months without my furniture and any compensation for horrible service. I have told all my friends and family, do not buy here and they most certainly wont. BAD BAD BAD BAD BAD NOR FURNITURE FOR LESS
