I literally feel like crying. I am so sad to move out of Long Beach for the mere fact I will not be able to walk over to this amazing wine bar. They have an extensive wine list, both for the wine connoisseurs and less experienced folks like me! My fiancé loves their Napa Valley Cabernet $15 for a glass (they pour generously) and I take great interest in their dessert wines. Their Moscato Zonin ($8 glass/$30 bottle) and Sweet Red, Salt of the Earth ($8 glass/$30 bottle) are two of my favorite sweet wines. You must try their highly sought out Prosciutto Bon Bons ($7), dates stuffed with chèvre, wrapped in prosciutto. Simply delicious! If youre enjoying a glass (or bottle) of wine, try selection of cheeses which comes with smoked gouda, manchego and blue cheese ($10) and I recommend adding their charcuterie ($3) extra. The Herbed Meatballs ($9) are tasty, but not anything you cant live without. Did try their pinot Braised Pork Belly ($10) and was disappointed with them, didnt melt in my mouth. The flatbreads which are mostly ($9) are average. The service is always very attentive here. I enjoy the large seating area both inside or outside to catch a beautiful sunset. Not a place to get to wasted, very classy joint, but not pretentious whatsoever.

One of my favorite places! The open-door atmosphere is the best...you always feel welcome by the staff every time you set foot inside...like an old friend! The wine list maintains fantastic favorites while also constinuously adding special, small production wines to the roster. Lots of options for bottles to take with. They have a great happy hour 6 days a week thats perfect for sampling their amazing cheese plates and flatbreads (the mushroom one is my fave!) and there are loads of cozy nooks to pal around with you pals in. Ive hosted 3 birthdays there and 3 pre Thanksgiving soirees and they are always accomodating. Best people! I LOVE DISTRICT WINE!

I cant wait to come back and I completely recommend everyone to check it out themselves. I know it says wine in the name, but it has good beer and good "bar food". It wasnt really bar food. Check out the menu. ALL of the pizzas are great and the prosciutto & date bits are great. The prices are totally reasonable and the owner is such a great host. Kinda small so either make reservations, go in early, or have a glass while standing and head to dinner down the street.

This place is BOMB-Diggity! I was reading Wynzdeis comment and thats totally not the case. Mark and Angela along with their staff are warm and very hospitable! They want to make sure you always feel welcome. I always feel like Im their family when I go. Plus, their Wine Club is amazeballs! I belong to wine clubs all over CA and I really like that District Wine profiles amazing wine from low-key wineries! Madly in love with this place!

I am a member of the wine club and just love the place. The service is out of this world. The owners Mark and Angela really care about making the place special every time I visit. Go there. Go again. Great atmosphere and a nice selection of small plates, makes this a wonderful intimate location for a small party or date that would be fun and allow for close conversations. Their wine list was OK however I don;t remember it being extensive however their happy hour is quite nice and good choices.

This is a very charming wine bar. Warning, like a lot of other places in Long Beach you may need to bring quarters for the parking meters. The ambiance is warm and Chic. This is perfect place for a date night or just a spot to relax and brush off the weeks worries.

Great spot with yummy small plates. I had the prosciutto bon bons. Dates wrapped in prosciutto and stuffed with goat cheese. So good! Also, they offered half glass pours on their wine by the glass which is great for lightweights like me ;)

Great wine bar for relaxing after work or chatting with friends. Doesnt get too loud, so its great for conversations. Wine selections are broad, and bites are enjoyable, especially the prosciutto bons bons, they go so well with wine.

Good wine selection and they offer a flight as well that changes daily. Some pretty interesting food options as well that pair nicely with the wines. Definitely a nice quiet cozy place to go have a glass or two.

Excellent food...wine...atmosphere...owners and staff. Got a warm welcome with hugs on my second night there for Happy Hour. Be sure to try the Smores dessert and Gorgonzola/pineapple flatbread.
