Their customer service and friendliness has improved greatly. I used to dread coming to this fedex, thankfully something in the last year changed and employees and friendly, and helpful. Last year I asked an employee to pitch for me why I should use their service and not usps or ups and no one could even do that.

I drove out there to get notary service, (called beforehand to make sure they do it). When I arrived, I had to leave without, because they only have one person designated and that person was out to lunch.

Easy to print a lot of copies for a fair price. Theyre also fairly understanding with regards to copyright issues.

No one in the store seems to care that youre in there. You will probably need to pull an ear for service.
