6 days from Chatsworth to Van Nuys? On 2nd July 2013 I dropped off a package, the shop was busy so I was asked by a staff member to leave the box on the counter. Wasnt given a receipt but had the tracking number - not overly concerned. Today I received a UPS notification from UPS the package reached VAN NUYS on 8th July (6 days). With another couple of days before it reached its destination across the country.I could walk to Van Nuys in less time. I cannot say whether this was down to UPS or the store but I am appalled it would take so long to travel such a short distance. In future I will use another location.

The guy is very rude. He denied to get the packet because it was too big. I was shipping AMZON return and he did not accept. UPS stores are suppose to big and should accept big packets. He also charges $3 for printing return label. Dont go to this store.

Paul is the store manager. He wrapped my crystal so well that it made it to New York with no problems. I highly recommend shipping from this store! The staff is very friendly.
