Got an text message that a package I had ordered was delivered at the location, could also be confirmed trough the tracking number on their website. Go over there with the text message and get told that unless I get a phone call it has not arrived. The text message supposedly often gets sent out before the package gets dropped off so it would most likely arrive later that night. Return the next day, still no phone call, tracking number still shows its waiting for me to pick it up but since I had not received the call they wouldnt check. Go back the third day, 2 days left before they would return the package to the sender, and luckily the guy that had kept insisting I would receive a phone call was busy with another costumer so I talked to someone different. They looked at the text message I received,went in the back and sure enough there was my package,date stating it arrived 3 days prior. I still have not gotten a phone call :)

Theres a lot of negative remarks about this FedEx office. I dont share those myopic views. I have used UPS, USPS and FedEx for shipping services for my business for decades - they all have their strong points. Of the two FedEx locations in Simi Valley, this is the better facility. Larger, it offers more; more copiers, more shipping supplies, more staff. When needed, I have been provided good service, whether it was with color printing or shipping. Recommended.

The worst customer service ever! The employees of this FedEx location think they can stop you from shipping anything that they do not package themselves. The last time I went in there they said that because my box was not square it may damage other items on the FedEx truck. We ship hundreds of packages each month and never have complaints about the way we package them. This is the only FedEx location that has ever given me problems.

An employee named Craig said the only way he would accept my prepaid package was if he charges me $15 to repackage it, because he didnt believe there was enough packing material. I work in a shipping warehouse and ship dozens of packages daily, and the package was packed very safely. Clearly he was just trying to upcharge me, and take advantage of me. Very disappointing...

No package peanuts at a place that ships things every day?... The best alternative was to sell me filler stuff that was over priced at $3.99 for a small box. Should have just gone home crumbled some newspapers and my cell phone would have been shipped without any issues.

This place just wants FedEx to go out of business, they refused to print a free label provided and instructed by FedEx, give your business to Santa Susana postal center where they didnt charge to print a free label

Was told they would not ship my package because the contents inside were "too wiggly". As in, you could hear them shifting around. Are you serious?!? What a complete waste of my time. Absolute freaking joke.
