I moved cross country and shipped several packages from here. On one trip I was charged for seven packages when I only shipped six. The woman ringing me up didnt realize it until I was charged and she was left with an extra label. She didnt want to have to restart the sale so she told me the charge would just go back on my card after a few days. It didnt. I waited a few weeks and called FedEx. I was informed I would have to fill out a refund request form. I did that. I included all the information, as well as copies of the receipt and shipping label. Its now been four weeks since I sent that in and NOTHING. I called FedEx again and they have no record of a refund request. Since when can a business just charge you for anything they want and get away with it? Its been over two months since I was overcharged because of her mistake and I still dont have my money.

I went there yesterday to return some electronic items to a seller. I had packed them in two branded boxes from the seller - but I needed larger boxes into which to put the sellers branded boxes. The customer service person was extremely polite and efficient - although she was on the phone at the same time - trying to help another customer. It sounded as if she had been hung up on a few times by the party she was trying to reach. She was courteous and pleasant - and took the time to find the proper and least expensive boxes for me - and packed my items efficiently. I cannot understand the negative reviews. Her name was Joanna - and I told her I was going to write a review to commend her for her helpfulness even while she was multitasking.

I dropped off a box with an HP computer inside for my business. The KINKOS location accepted the package and a week later I find out that the package is still at the KINKOS location. My package was damaged there and they wouldnt ship it out because the box had been damaged. No one contacted me to notify me of the problem. I had problems at my company because of this and KINKOS blamed me for packing the item wrong. They refused to repackage it there and send it out and just bill the company. I had to go back there and pick up the damaged package. This location is very irresponsible.

Been going there for several years now. Same issue every time.4 Pm a PEAK for people getting their overnight packages in and there is only 1 person helping customers typing so slowly every shipping label. 7 people in line, 6 other employees wondering round but no one comes to help customers. Im sure if fedex Corporate saw that they would flip out. Overnights is their bread and butter. Remember without us you have no jobs and besides there are plenty of UPS stores franchises that would love our packages.

I had a horrible experience with fed ex, they were so rude to me only the Julio and James were nice to me but there was some tall white guy with longish hair who was so rude they gave my package to wrong person I guess they dont always ask for id up in the register I got it delivered to them cause I thought itll be safer than my house but it was the worst mistake ever. When I went the guy with longish hair was so rude and seemed so careless about what had happened to my package :(

Very slow and i have never been in a place of business where there is a culture of rudeness. Ive literally been in there by myself in line and had 2 employees look at me and kept doing whatever they were doing. Finally after 5 minutes someone said ill be with you in a second. Smh.. The people there also talk to you like you are stupid.. Fedex needs to do something.something.

The store may have everything you need but the employee at the shipping counter couldnt have cared less. He answered my packing questions with "if youre comfortable," then blankly stared at me after he asked only for "my info." At the end, my Fragile items labeled package was tossed into a bin.

Easy parking. We were greeted as soon as we entered the store. The item we were looking for was kind of tucked away, and it was easy to ask and be directed to it quickly. There was no wait, and the cashier was efficient, professional, and friendly. We visited around 11:45am on a Friday.

WARNING !!!!!! a $15 hold is placed on your debit card when making copies ! It will reimburse in 1 - 2 days but a little heads up would have been nice. Employee claims read the fine print on the kiosk and it is listed.

I frequently come here to print things for college. Open 24 hours and helpful staff. I woukd give 5 stars if the network on the printers was more consistent. Sometimes it wont allow me to access my drop box.

Told my package was unacceptable because it needed extra couple pieces of tape in a couple of places and I was luckily the other guy wasnt servicing me.....first time here ..think Ill stick with ups is future.
