Ive been to this store twice and had pretty bad experiences both times. I saw one employee being rude to several people, though not to me. To one person, I actually saw her visibly turn away from him and roll her eyes after giving him attitude. To another person, she gave him unhelpful answers and acted like he was dumb when he indicated that he didnt quite know how to follow her instructions. She was a terrible helper. In addition, the printing machines do not work well. The first time I was here, the machine had issues with processing my credit card. It would give me the little spinner for minutes at a time before finally displaying an error. Eventually, after enough attempts, it was able to process my credit card. The machines are very slow and using them takes way longer than it should. What should have been a 15 minute visit ended up taking probably closer to 45 minutes. The second time I came, I was unable to log in to Google Drive at all. I was presented with a spinner that would spin for several minutes before displaying an error. And the error was the same error that was displayed when I had the credit card problems. So its not like it was a descriptive error. I tried several times and probably wasted 10-15 minutes. I finally asked an employee and he said that none of the machines were able to connect to Google Drive at the moment due to an issue with upgrading Fedexs network in the office. But there were no signs posted to explain this problem, which is odd. Why wouldnt they have posted signs to let people know that they were having issues with Google Drive. Both of these issues should not have been issues. Processing credit cards and getting files via Google Drive are pretty core functions for printing documents, especially those that are too big to be emailed as attachments (25 MB limit). The person who rang me up for my second visit did not speak clearly so it was hard to understand him, as well.

Inexcusable By far the WORST fed ex print location in Los Angeles and Ive been to several. Recently the staff manager refused to answer a quick question because he was on break, even though he was standing directly behind the counter. Had to then call to get him to answer the question, which he then did. This was to set up an order of which I sent in artwork via there email three times to no success. Whereas other FED ex locations did receive the files so they were formatted properly and simple .pdf. Not only did I call and be on hold for ten minutes at a time to get through but upon a human answering the line they simply said the order never came in and even if I were to come in the simple print job of double sided color of 4 pages would take 6 hours! Will now need to trek to another location further away to get proper service...

I could already tell Gabriel was an excellent FedEx representative by watching him interact with the customer before me. He is so patient, helpful and enjoyable to talk to. Incredibly positive and friendly. I was shipping a lot of my belongings for a temporary move. Gabriel packed everything for me and helped me understand how the pricing structure works for shipment. When we realized I could save $120 by shipping the items in cased, Gabriel happily helped me unpack and repack them. We were also experiencing issues with the credit card processing and he was so patient. I am at FedEx often and this was by far the best experience Ive had.

This is by far the worst FedEx I have ever been too. Its a nicer, newer store with more resources than most other FedEx stores but for some reason their timelines for getting stuff done are longer, more expense and generally worse quality. It blows my mind when they tell me it takes 24 hours to do something that the FedEx up the street can do it 15 min. I dont know if the staff is just lazy or not properly trained to use the equipment but their turn around is horrible. Do yourself a service and drive up the street to the Santa Monica FedEx, much more helpful staff and they are much much better at their jobs

OMG! Came in with a prepaid box, fully packed, with commercial invoices and copies of label (With an ITN number!). Could not pack it in time for FedEx pick up, so decided to drop it off after hours here. So this fat curly haired girl took the box, started shaking it and was like "I am going to open it to check" :)))) Wth??? Douchebag thinks she is one of the feds now making $10/hour?? Have been shipping for years and never had such horrible experience...avoid this place...

I used 100lb paper for my order, custom paper and the machine could only do max was 90lb paper. I got a seem line on all my copies. They use laser jet instead of ink, really cheap quality. Use ink jets for higher quality prints. Do not use this place for high quality color print jobs. Laser jet looks cheap. They also got my sizes wrong, they were correctly sized in jpg. They also charge you $4.50 to cut 20 pieces of paper if its bigger than 8.5 x 14 (legal).

I couldnt agree more with the guy who reviewed before me. The person was the Assistant Manager , and wanted me to buy something that would hold the package .I was shipping my beats back to apple for a repair and they had sent me the box i was suppose to ship it back in. Absolutely no sense of customer service . And the I believe it privately owned by an Indian , so they are out to get every nickel out of your pocket.

Theres particularly one person who is very rude and lazy working there. She powertrips on customers to have inconvenience. We had 2 really bad experiences with this lady. Kinkos at this location really need to retrain people who work there. Very disorganized, seems no communications happen in between workers and often time they cant find what you ordered. I dont like to write bad reviews but this needs to get fixed.

They removed the free FedEx boxes so you are forced to go to the counter. They happily take your stuff, pack it up using unnecessary filler and boxes you have to pay for without asking or letting you know the cost, print the shipping label, and then tack to packing costs on at the very end. Costs you 50% of the shipping cost. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Without a doubt for an upscale Marina del Rey address the worst customer service i have ever witnessed, whomever is running that location should be terminated immediately, simply the morale seems dismal and the service is worse than that! (please do something Fed X or Kinkos or whomever you are now) Ps: At least hire more staffing!

the manager and the workers are very rude and lazy. one of the worker dropped my 2TB HARD DRIVE, and the manager SHE did not apologize would cut my words through the phone call. And also their prints are bad too so do not go to this Fedex...go to the other Fedex near the santamonica area or other place

Sloooow and under staffed. Dana was training new employee at 940 pm with no regard to other waiting customers. He couldve handled another customer while trainee kept working but decided to bubble wrap cups in the back. FedEx should drop the express. UPS ...Im on my way.
