I had my mailbox with them before for years and theyre horrible. The owner is very unhelpful if you have a problem. I paid cash for my mailbox one year there n they said I never paid and of course Murphys law I lost my receipt to proof it. Then I paid with my credit card and actually overpaid and guess what they said I didnt!! Liers that time Im like I have proof! I had to call the corporate for them to return the money I over paid and they owner treated me horrible at the time ( note caused me so much stress I was 8 months pregnant then!!) And no respect at all! Ive had my mail box with the Wilshire location in santa monica for the last 2 years and theyre super nice n helpful there . Honest people there. If you need a mailbox go to the 2708 Wilshire location theyre the best in town for sure! *** reason why Im writing such a late review is because I was just writing a nice review to the other location n made me think what a horrible experience I had with this location!!!

The guys at that UPS store are liars and dont respect customers. I went there to drop off an international item, I asked them to use a specific box size to pack my item, a RUDE person his name was octavio CONFIRMED that he has that box size and asked another guy to pack it for me. I asked them NOT to use a bigger box to avoid any additional charges and the guy said NO ADDITIONAL CHARGES DONT WORRY. I tried to wait until they pack my item but they refused so I left. Today i received a call from my credit card company saying that the carrier charged me $120.84 so i called and found that the UPS store octavio and his friend packed my international item in a bigger box (Double size what i asked for and they confirmed). I went to the store and they were VERY RUDE AND MEAN. Going to the court because we cant leave those people commit FRAUD and Cheat customers this way. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!

Had a great experience here! I was super hesitant after reading the other reviews, but my experience could not have been better. Right when I walked in I was greeted by the man working there and he was very eager to help. I had three very large boxes and he taped them up for me, printed the labels and made sure they were packaged perfectly. He even gave me a discount after we had a nice conversation! Someone mentioned that they had trouble getting a receipt, but when I asked he was more than happy to give me one. He told me my packages would arrive on Friday (it was Monday), and they arrived on time as he said. Could not have been better! Will definitely go back.

They wont give you receipts or any proof of drop off... They wont print anything out for you, not even your tracking number. Doesnt make much sense - if youre sending something ups, its probably because its important and you need proof that you actually dropped it off, tracking info etc. Should be standard - no other ups or FedEx stores do that, not even USPS. AND not to mention the overall rude attitude of the employees. This place basically sucks.

I went there to get something notarized and there was no one there to notarize it. While I was there, I figured I would mail off an important piece of mail with delivery confirmation and it was returned to me a week later because it had to be sent priority mail, something that that I would have happily paid for if the postal center made me aware of that. Employees were nice, just wish they were competent.

Prompt, intelligent service and reasonable, thoughtful attitudes towards questions and requests. Prices are a bit higher than I expected but the reassurance that packages will be treated well and delivered reliably is worth it. I have used them for three packages, one international. No problems at all. Compared to the US Post Office it is like landing on a more intelligent planet.

These guys are top notch. I shipped my home studio across the country, which included two turntables which have many small moving parts and are very easy to break. Octavio went above and beyond and everything arrived in perfect condition. If you need to ship something thats important or fragile, these are the people to do it. They genuinely care.

The sales people were patronizing and they offered a packing solution that was completely outrageous. The feel of the place was that of a warehouse and it is sad that young men would be so arrogant in the way they treat customers, assuming in advance that they have no idea of how to properly mail items.

This place is awesome ! Great service, easy location ! I had some packages stolen from my apartment complex so I got a mailbox here to make things more secure. They send an email when you receive a package and then hold it until you can pick them up. Octavio is really cool and always helpful !!

There is ample parking at this location. The guy behind the counter was extremely helpful and really on the ball. He appeared to be someone who is working his way through college. Very bright. Very polite.
