*Update 2016* Once again they refuse to ship my packages, no problem going to Store down the road. The worst experience I have ever had in a Fedex with my shipping needs because a certain member of there team is completely rude and incompetent. Instead I go to the Fedex in Woodland Hills and have had no problem what so ever! Fact is I have never had any problem at all shipping anything until I went here!

Terrible customer service, just as the other two reviews stated. The guy behind the counter simply refused to ship my box because the box wasnt "the right kind", even though its never been a problem at any other place. I went to another place and shipped without a problem. I wont be going back to that location for anything, and I strongly suggest that you dont either.

One star because it wont allow you to post zero. This place is horrible, anyone giving a positive review was either very, very lucky or had a simple request and were still lucky to get out with their stomach lining in tact. Please let this place go out of business soon and the world will be better for it. # BRUTAL, PAINFUL, EXASPERATING AND RIDICULOUS

Completely incompetent! Last year my package arrived and they shipped it back before I had a chance to pick it up even though I went to pick it up several days before it was scheduled to go back! It was a birthday give so needless to say I was not able to deliver the gift to the recipient in time!
