I have been filling a perscription at this walgreens for the last 5 months. I have recently dropped of a script on this last sat. My girlfriends sript of pain medication was shorted by 5 pills. When I confronted the pharmacy on the miss count. They assured me they counted correctly and filled the script of 15.. Well they are full of it. The stole 5 opiate based pain medication out of a persons who had just gone thru surgery laast week. They would not do anything to make it rite.. They refused to look at the video footage of the counting process. and would not give me a refund since i paid cash. They have a pharmacy tech that is odviously addicted to pain medication and is stealing from there customers. I called again today to speak with the manager. And all I had got from him is attitude. They do not want to make the situation rite in any way. They keep denying this ever took place. I have contacted our local DEA office, and they have opened a investigation, and i will be calling the health department as well. I have never in my 37 years of living experience something quite like this. and honestly i am never going back to this walgreens ever again. If i were you and needed a perscription I would honestly go to fred meyer right accross the street. This Walgreens is very un proffessional and the manager is a complete idiot. They dont even care if they have a pharmacy tech stealing frokm their customers. If you are filling perscriptions here. I would open your bottle and count your meds everytime you fill them. This is very unacceptable and is definatly not the way to do business... I would rate this store at a negative 5 star.

I have NEVER experience this kind of BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, I first get there as a new patient and they NEVER ONCE said theyll be a PROBLEM with my prescription they just say wait 20 minutes. I waited in the store looking around after 20 minutes I go to go pick up my prescription and they HAVENT EVEN started because Im a new patient and they need to verify with my Doctor that the prescription is for me and that he wrote it. I asked why I WASNT TOLD at the front when I told the other lady I was a new patient, all she said was I dont know. NOT EVEN a slight Im sorry or ANY kind words to make me feel better. So now they were waiting for my Doctor to call back and after he did it would be another 20 minutes, which I found a little ridiculous, I asked them if they could call me they said yes. I went home and called my Doctor and they were closed, so I called the pharmacy back and they had finished but NEVER CALLED ME, LIKE THEY SAID THEY WOULD DO. I go back really late after OVER AN HOUR since I was there the first time. I get my prescription and they are STILL SUPER RUDE, NEVER ONCE THANK YOU, I AM NEVER GOING BACK. And this is not THE WORST THING YET, today for some reason I decided to count my pills, which I never do just out of curiosity AND THEY RIPPED me off by 12 pills, this prescription was really EXPENSIVE and I NEED IT, now I have to wait until my next prescription. Theres NO WAY someone can miss 12 pills, I think they did it ON PURPOSE and/or someone POCKETED THEM. I AM NEVER GOING THERE AND I SUGGEST NO ONE ELSE DO AS WELL. If you do go there, make sure you count your prescription in front of them!!!!!!!!!

My son had surgery today and we dropped off his prescription on our way home this morning. We hadnt heard anything from them so my husband went to pick it up when he got the kids form school (hours after dropping it off) and when he got there they told him they did not have this medication. They would try to find another walgreens that had it and would call us back. 2 hours later when they called back it was to inform us they were to busy to find an alternate location but we could call around. Well thanks, I will just pass that on to my screaming toddler that you all could care less how long he is in agony.

I have my prescriptions filled at this location. The staff has always been extremely professional, even when clearly busy. My doctors have been able to place my prescriptions online from their offices and can confirm availability before I leave so I have never had an issue with the location not having the medication needed. The one time a doctor had the prescription filled at the wrong Walgreens, this location was able to transfer the prescription and fill it for me in 15 mintues. They are wonderful and I would highly recommend them. I have never been shorted any medication.

This is the worst place if you want help from the Pharmacy. They are so lazy and unprofessional as well as rude. The Pharmacist LAURA, needs to go back to school because when i asked for help what to take for a cold she told me she couldnt because i was pregnant and need to talk to my docter. I told her my doctor was not working today and i need something now. i was going to take something regardless could she at least tell me what was less harmful to my baby. She told me again she didnt know and i need to talk to my Doctor. ????

I refill the medication of my entire family, 5 people and they are not short in taking pills! They were always ready in time and in case they were not, it was not their fault. The customer service is awesome, friendly, professional they even make phone calls to insurance company in front of me in case I need it. I absolutely love to pick my medication from here! They are always doing a great job and I never missed a pill! Thank you all!

Requested that they ask for ID for my prescriptions and every single time I go here they dont ask then the ladys at the pharmacy always snap at me and tell me Im wrong. Told them that I asked her to request ID and if she cant handle that then she shouldnt been working in customer service and Id be more than happy to speak with her supervisor. Well see if she asks for my ID next time.

Pathetic !! Had to go 4 times to get my medicine since it wasnt ready. Every time they said will be ready in half hour and never got ready for 2 days. They were out of stock and did partial refill after making me wait for 2 days. They are understaffed and cant handle weekend influx. Walgreens does not value patient and customer time.

Every time I come back at the time time they tell me to pick up my prescriptions. They are never ready. and if they have any issues they never call. They are all rude and could care less about the customer

Dropped off a prescription, was told it would only be a few minutes, so I waited... after 30 minutes I went back to the counter to find they hadnt started it yet, and had to wait another 15.

The complaints about the pharmacy have merits. The store, otherwise, is just fine.
