If I could give this pharmacy less than one star, I would. I am so disappointed at how I was treated on the phone. This is not the first but second time. I called regarding treatment for a child and not only was the technician who answered the phone clearly MISERABLE at his job but completely rude. He was unhelpful, unapologetic and it needs to be said in a public forum. I could understand if I was asking stupid questions and not listening to a response, but talking to this man made me infuriated. His response to my request is that that pharmacy doesnt give those types of shots to children and no pharmacy does. Funny enough, the awesome pharmacist across the street at RITE AID does. And she was more than happy to take my call. Then he hung up on me mid asking to talk to a pharmacist. Rude. All should steer clear of this pharmacy.

Pharmacist was rude... poor customer service. Ended up transferring to a different pharmacy because he said he was in no hurry to fill prescriptions and would be there all day. Not what you want to hear when you are sick and dont want to leave the house multiple times.

They are rude and disrespectful. They make alot of mistakes. One of the guys their almost gave me the wrong prescription the last time I was their. And if you ask them something, they never know the answers.

Pretty much the only 24 hour game in town, and they know it - if you need to fill during late night hours, theyve got you, and theres no need to provide customer service. Very disappointed.

They have a great pharmacy program where you pay $20 and get prescriptions at a lower price BUT the wait time is at least 30 minutes EVERY time I call or come in to pick up an order.

It is close to me, and there is NO wait time if you sign up for text alerts. You get a text that your scrip is ready, you show up and pay and get your scrip. In and out 5 min.

I would go for less than a star, it was clean though. I was treated rudely and like a thing, not a person. I will not be shopping at any Walgreens for anything anymore.

Worst Walgreens experience ever. Drive 20 mi in any direction and it will be faster. Better yet, go somewhere other than Walgreens.
