Mismanaged Store Was double charged after a failed void attempt and proceeded to call the store but dialed the pharmacy. The guy on the other end was baffled and I had to ASK to be transfered to the store department. He transfers me to a disconnected number. I call back and speak with the store manager, Tony. I begin to explain the overcharge on my CC statement and he begins to assume that hes spoken with me before and to just come in to the store. To make a long story short, I had to go to the store 3 times and none of the managers were capable of fixing the problem. I had to call my credit card company and reverse the charge. Over lip gloss... Not seen in the cart... Order repeated twice plus/minus the lip gloss... Thanks Bartells

Had a prescription called in. Went to pick it up at 6, they said they closed at 6 even though on here it says 10pm. They still proceeded to help me. THEN told me they didnt have my prescription. I called my doctor, he said he called it in. They wouldnt let him call it in again. They said their phones were off...And even though I had him on the phone in my hand, they wouldnt fill it. I had to drive to Bellevue even though Im sick and needed to get my prescription and go to bed.

I have NOTHING but problems with this pharmacy. They never have my medications, and they never communicate if there is a problem or let me know when my prescription is filled.
