please read till the end and Im sure I will get a response from the store when there done reading. I wish I would have read the reviews on here before I purchased my furniture because I would have not came close to this place. I went in on Feb.3rd ordered my furniture, she said they dont have it in stock they are waiting for shipment that if Im lucky it should be in by the 20th if not then defentley by the 27th I was ok with that. The weekend before the 20th I got rid of my old furniture thinking I was gonna get lucky and have it by the 20th she seemed so honest.I called a couple days before the 20th to see if I would get lucky and the guy (husband) was so rude with me over the phone telling me that I will not get it on the 20th and defentley wont get it on the 27th.i was blowen about his rudeness,he lied told me it was over sees when the wife has already told me it was sitting at a port waiting for a p/up.confronted the husband about that and he was like yea its sitting at Jacksonville port.asked him if he has any trucking companys that can pick up this furniture that my daughter and I was sitting on the floor he started telling me that Wal-Mart is a bigger company so trucking companys are gonna go with them before they will a small distributuon(he compared his furniture store to a Wal-Mart)Then I told him that he has lost a customer forever that I will never be back,His response was (Im sorry to hear that)I was so shocked and blowen with his words. He just didnt care. So I waited till after the weekend of the 27th and no phone call for my delivery. I called on that Monday to find out where is my furniture and the wife answers all she had to say was we will call you when it comes in she had no time or date for me. I told her I want to cancel my order she then said it will cost me $50 to cancel I was like WHAT? I dont even have my furniture and no idea when Im gonna get it and Im canceling because yall wont deliver my order not because I just want to cancel. She kept persisting to charge me a cancelation fee Then she hung up on me. I was so upset in tears I left my job to go up there. I walked in yes at this point I lost my cool I was totally beyond upset. I told her I want to cancel my order and I want a full refund she told me she has to charge me I was determined in front of the customer that she was dealing with,that she was not gonna charge me nothing, well then here comes the husband walking in from the back , he told me that there are many customers waiting over 2 months for there furniture in front of the the new customer I was like really thats something to brah about. He just seemed like he didnt have a care in the world. Then I told him I want a full refund he threathen to call the cops on me I told him please do cause they defentley need to be here right now. He then got up and walked away . the wife then basically bought me for another week and told me that if I dont have my furniture by the March 7th then she will give me my full refund again Im giving them another week I said ok write that on my receipt.the whole week no phone call still waiting. My daughter and I are tired of sitting on the damn floor every night so Saturday I went to Mattress & furniture supertore(google them awesome) and they had exactly what I wanted better quality super duper better customer service so I ordered it yes it cost a little more but the experience that I went through with this company a lttle more was well worth it.And I had my furniture delivered that same day.After I left there I went back to the distubution center and again demanded my FULL REFUND there was like about 10 customers in the store she asked me if I didnt want to wait till the 7th I told her no Im tired of sitting on the floor. She took my receipt went to the back Then came back up and asked again if I want anything else.she said rooms to go customers has to wait too.Omg.DO NOT GO HERE there liers and break promises.

I had nothing but a great experience!! I think people on here just want to complain because my husband and I had a great experience buying furniture here. We saw the ad for a beautiful sectional and saw that the price was very reasonable and so we went down this past weekend to check them out. The show room was very neat and clean and all the furniture they had on display was beautiful. They had the sectional I wanted on display and I fell in love with it immediately. The sales man who helped me was very pleasant and did not try to talk me into anything else then what my mind was set on. The female sales lady was very pleasant as well and they both went out of their way to help my husband and I. Filling out the paperwork for my brand new sofa set was very fast and easy and we got approved right away. The delivery was a bit of a mixup because they had my wrong number, but that was not their fault. The driver did try to contact me numerous times as they do an hour before arrival but because the driver just wasnt able to read one of the digits he was unable to get in touch to deliver my furniture that day. When my husband called the next day about the delivery, the sales man (I dont remember his name) was very helpful and called the driver right away to see what happened. The driver had my sofa set on his truck and was delivered the very next day promptly. When we got the furniture it was all brand new and in very good conditions and now looks beautiful in my home. I read many bad reviews on here and it almost made me decide against this store, but from my own experience, the customer service was amazing, the furniture looks just like its picture and is even more beautiful in person and we got it for a steal!!! The delivery was on time and came when they said they would, there were not broken promises and I would recommend this store to anyone looking for beautiful furniture at a great price that is within your budget!! I am one happy happy customer thanks to the Furniture Distribution center in Tampa.

Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service!! These people lie to you and then get mad when you call them on it. They also try to rip you off by charging hidden fees that they do not disclose our tell you about. Search out their Better Business Bureau rating and you will see they have been very dishonest in their dealings and are not the kind of people to stand behind their products. Beware!! They will rip you off. Victoria the short haired lady made several nasty remarks about their customers while we were there. She said " Almost all our customers have terrible credit or are poor so they have to use our no credit check financing." The guy who wears track pants (Howard) likes to yell and scream and try to threaten people. When he is called on this behavior he tells you to get out of his store and then runs and hides in the back. Please research this place and these people before you even take the chance. Buyer Beware!! Then today the owner calls me and threatens to sue me for stating my opinion of his store and posting reviews about the terrible customer service I received. He THREATENED to SUE me for stating MY OPINION!!! If the response from the owner below is true, 1) Why threaten to sue me? 2) Where in any of the paperwork did I or my wife sign agreeing to any kind of " Cancellation fee?" We cancelled because we were lied to and then hung up on and generally mistreated. Sorry I do not scare easy or roll over for people who try to threaten and bully!! Also the reason Victoria said they would not deliver that night even after promising that they would, was because the truck was full and would not hold our furniture not that "one of our crews" could not deliver. More lies!!
