Buen servicio al cliente, muy amables y el dia que hice mi compra ya casi iban a cerrar y no vacilaron en quedarse mas tarde para terminar conmigo. Pero un reloj de pared que compre junto con lo q compre no estaba disponible y me dijeron que lo entregaban el dia 4 de abri y nunca llego, llame y me dijeron que para el mas adelante, volvi a llamar y que para el 25 de abril, todavia lo estoy esperando, nunca han sabido darme una respuesta aceptable y convincente acerca de la entrega que supuestamente ya yo debi haber recibido. Y lo mas gracioso es que ya me enviaron el pago para el dia 5 de mayo donde voy a pagar por una parte de la compra que ya recibi y por este reloj que aun estoy esperando. Gracias

All I can say about this location is that I have been lied to from day one! The manager and his little group will inflate your bill as soon as you make the mistake of doing business with them. They will automatically add the furniture protection plan without asking if you want it. There was a set of tables in clearance for 99 dollars and instead of selling me them they removed them from the room and insisted I buy the same set for 300 dollars. My sofa was promised to me in two days and I didnt receive it until nine days later. And its the wrong sofa! They made promises that wasnt kept, and nine days later my bill is completely messed up, I have no tables and the sofa they brought is the wrong sofa! However I dont hold this against Badcock, they have other locations in South Tampa and on 56th Street. I will make sure no body I know goes anywhere around that location, Ive been right here in Town and Country for 36years and these individuals need to go away! They are like cancer in the community! Anyway STAY CLEAR!

Esta muebleria ,,, no deberian comprar nada ,, uno paga su seguro por los muebles ,y cuando tienes un problema con tu mueble al final te ponen mil escusas y no te dan el mueble ,como.nuevo nuevo como lo prometieron... mejor no paguen seguro... se los recomiendo.

I noticed on my July 2017 statement that insurance fees have been charged to my account. This will protect if loss of employment ect... I DID NOT AUTHORIZED NOR DID I SIGN ANY DOCUMENTATION AGREEING TO PURCHASE INSURANCE. I was told that they will only refund me 3 months which is a total of $113 out of $862 that they have bill so far. That is 3 more months of payments that theyve added to my account. So What they do is add this bogus fee on your account and hope that the consumer doesnt notice it until its too late.

Have an account with them and went in to look at a piece of furniture. I literally just paid off my balance in June and was told by the store that I had to reapply for credit because they now run credit every year? Even though online on my phone it showed my account open with my full credit limit available, they refused and said I had to rerun my credit. I opted to not have a hard inquiry for an account I felt didnt need it. Looks like I wont be shopping here anymore.

I love this store they are kind, courteous, nice,and patient. I love the staff Ileana is one of my favorite sales associate, Ezequiel, Nick,and Idelise are great as well. The new manager Jamaal very hands when it came to making sure that my order was correct and what I wanted. Great guy very nice. They take time with you and will stay after closing to make sure that you get everything that you want and need. I will recommend this store to all family and friends.

This is best place to purchase good furniture!! There is one lady that works there, Ileana, who is super awesome and very knowledgeable when it comes to furniture! Ive been there a couple times and the staff is very friendly and helpful. I was assisted by an associate named Nick and I couldnt have had a better expirience. He was easy to talk to and really took my needs into consideration. Definitely will be a customer for life

Worst badcock store Ive been too, I ordered a table and then I went in for a refund since my in laws already had bought me one, they said my refund would post between 48-72 hours its been 1month and still dont have my refund.!!
