The people are very friendly but not knowledgeable. Mostly have gone for the fish department and he doesnt know anything about the fish they sell. Have gone 3 times and literally every time I bought fish they all died. My final straw was I bought 3 fish. They died before I got them home. Manager gave me 4 fish when I went back which was cool. A day later my fish tank was infected and I lost all my existing fish. I would rather drive the extra mile to petco or pet smart. ( THEY HAVE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE BUT IT ONLY WENT SO FAR WITH ME).

We have a lot of pet stores to choose from on our way to Pets Supply Plus. We have been to most of them but we have yet to find one as welcoming as Pets Supply Plus. Their staff is beyond friendly and always willing to help. I love the dog wash set up and the variaty of pet supplies and food they provide. I can always count on the staff to answer a question I have about their dog foods. I wouldnt imagine going to another pet store, my dogs and I love going to Pets Supply Plus.

This is a review for the groomer- Megan who groomed our small dog Molly yesterday. She did a great job! Molly is a little shy - but when we picked her up she did not seem at all stressed. Her grooming was completed very quickly so she didnt spend a lot of time crated - which we appreciate. And Mollys haircut is great - she looks wonderful. And it does not look like a "fresh" cut - it looks soft which is really nice. Thank you Megan - we will be back!

This place is so wonderful! Every person working is extremely friendly and helpful. They recommended a new dog food, Redford, and my dog cant seem to get enough of it which is such a relief as we have been trying to find something he will actually eat for the last few months! I am sooo happy I found this place, it was such a great add to our community!

I would give them a zero if I could. I purchased a bone from this store and it killed my dog.she went in to kidney failure from some toxin on the bone. Store owner and corporate were not interested in doing anything to assist me with my pet bills. Beware of what you buy and be aware the if you are unlucky like I was you are on your own.

Staff is extremely friendly and helpful when I went to use their self-service dog wash. They have blowers at each wash station making it so much easier to manage the process with large dogs. Great products and only $10 a wash! I typically have to pay $15 at other places. I will definitely be taking my dogs here from now on!

Great environment! Awesome friendly staff. Had a free coupon for a dog wash so I gave it a shot. Wash area is very clean, simple and had every thing you needed. Happy smell-free dog. Happy me. Didnt really do any shopping but from what it looked like, Big selections on everything. Will be returning next time im in the area!

They are hands down the best. They always greet you with a smile, they are always personable and they will help you to your car if you need it. Just today, one of the staff members helped me through the snow with my gigantic dog food bag. If you stop in, you wont regret it!

Goodby petco and petsmart Im so happy I was told about this place. They have a huge selection of good dog food, the owner was very knowledgeable and told me I could bring the food back and get a refund if they didnt like it. They loved it! The prices are great
