Talk about not feeling like just another number here... their staff is always friendly and helpful. They GAVE me a BAG of samples (probably close to 10 samples) for my furbabies to try before we decided which ones they liked best. Weve been shopping here, for nearly 10 years, now. When I was pregnant (and then when I had my son, but had to carry him in), they would always carry my big bags of dog food for me and put them in the car. I have never gotten that kind of service at PetsMart or Petco... I will stick with Muttz, for SURE! Also, for being a smaller local store, I think their prices are competitive with the bigger stores.

Worst place across the board for pet needs. I will never spend another dime in any of their stores again! I got over the fact that everything is over priced, but cannot stand the awful staff/owners. They are the rudest, most judgemental bunch of people I have ever met. Before they even tried to pet my dog, they said I need to exclude him from everyone in the store because "he has that look, and stare like he wants to attack". HES A LAB! That is discrimination and a lack of respect for someone who chooses to support your business!

This place is amazing, and the staff care about one thing above all else: fur babies. They are very knowledagble and really go above and beyond for your pet. Earlier tonight, I tried to charge a bag of food but my card was declined. Without me asking, one of the employees brought me 4 samples of food so that my pup wouldnt go hungry tonight. In tough times, there is no better feeling than knowing you have support from people who arent required to give it. I am so glad I shop at Muttz, they are life savers.

Been getting Dog and Cat food as well as toys, treats, and accessories for about seven years, love this place!! Id have to say my favorite is their selection of heavy duty toys as they are the only ones that survive my Bostons voracious appetite for playing!!!
