We bought our puppy, yesterday, at Just Pets II. We had been looking for a while for the right fit for our family. The staff, Joel and Sam were AMAZING. We had gone in a few times over a couple of weeks and looked at some puppies. We went back this past weekend and the original puppy we had looked at was sold, but it worked out perfect. We found the perfect match for our family. In all of our visits, the staff was never annoyed with the questions and they were all very friendly and answered all my questions. I asked a lot. Joel walked us through all of our paperwork and made sure we understood everything. He took the time to discuss the different vets in the area and once again answer all my questions. I have never felt so comfortable when looking/buying a puppy before. The store was clean every time we went in there. The puppies all looked very healthy and you can easily tell that the staff truly cares about the puppies and ensuring they go home to a good home. We had looked at other pet stores and the puppies looked sick and the cages were not clean. Just Pets II is the complete opposite of that. I will recommend them to everyone I know. I want to thank everyone at the store, especially Joel and Sam as they made this a great buying experience for us all.

I had been searching for small mixed breeds for a long time... I cant believe it took me so long to find Just Pets. It was exactly what I was looking for. I had a wonderful experience at both Just Pets locations. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I knew I wanted a small dog but they helped me pick one that fit my home and lifestyle perfectly. No one was pushy and they were very patient with the amount of time it took for me to to pick out my puppy. They were able to provide me with all the information of the breeder as well as all of my dogs history. These dogs are treated well and do not come from puppy mills. Both locations were very clean and I was impressed that they did not smell at all. They treat both the animals and customers well and try to help in any way they can. They even kept my puppy for a few days after I purchased her so that I could get my home all ready before I brought her home. If you are looking for a small mixed breed I highly recommend this place! They have many breeds and I am very happy with my new puppy. :)

If I could put less than 1 star, that is what I would do. Friends adopted a puppy from this store on Thursday evening. He was lethargic, but just thought the dog was stressed from his new environment. Turns out, we had to rush him to a 24 hour emergency vet on Friday evening. He has pneumonia which they cant identify as bacterial or viral at this point. So far, the bill is $4,000. Also, was told by the staff that he didnt seem to be a pure bred. Please do your research! Check out the google and YELP comments carefully. Look up the breeders where they get the dogs from too. The breeder for this dog is from Wyoming. She has complaints against her from The Humane Society, shes listed as running a puppy mill and The US Dept. of Agriculture Animal Inspection Service has 4 violations listed for her. Animals have feelings and suffer just as we do. These people are infecting other dogs by keeping them caged together. The breeder has been known to euthanize sick puppies and cross breed.

I got my puppy at Just Pets II in Centennial, CO in january 2011. He is an extraordinarily healthy red miniature pinscher. He was the cutest little three pound puppy when I took him home. He is now a stunning adult at 15 pounds with no health problems. Duckey is the best dog Ive ever had. He is my little cuddle monster! My chihuahua passed away a few weeks before I got Duckey, I was heart broken over my loss of my little buddy. Just Pets was very compassionate and understanding. They did no pressure me into anything, and gave me detailed information on the breeds and answered all of my questions.The store was exceptionally clean, the puppies were feisty and happy(all had toys, water, food, and the pens were kept very clean). I found the perfect companion and he has been nothing less than a life saver for me. I would recommend Just Pets to anyone looking for a furry family member.

Really sad to see places that still sell puppies and kittens. About 6 million animals end up in shelters in the US alone, and about 4 million are euthanized every year. Given that fact, I dont think anyone that cares about animals would ever buy one. There are so many great rescues and shelters in the area. A lot of rescues have their animals in foster care as well, so they can match you with the perfect animal for you, (they know the temperament, whether will get along with other animals, etc.). A lovely shop owner just down the way always posts adoptable pets, so thats always reassuring to see that there are still caring, informed people in the world. By the way, you can never be sure where an animal from a place like this came from (and youd probably rather not see).

I was so happy to see a pet store that didnt buy from puppy mills! I had been wanting a puppy for over a year but was unable to find a breeder in state that I could go to and actually see the puppies before making a decision. Just Pets II made that possible! I knew right away this was a GOOD place. Joel helped us through everything (we were a little nervous) and we couldnt be more pleased!! I had called him a few days later after we brought our puppy home and he asked if I would bring Misiu in when I came back to pick up some food. I couldnt believe it....When we walked in the store Misiu got so excited he almost jumped out of my arms! I knew right there he had been taken care of by the staff! I have been telling everyone about Just Pets II...Youll not be disappointed!!!

I bought my wheaten there 4 years ago and he is just a loving , loyal, healthy dog. The same time I bought my dog my friend bought a puggle who is very healthy, well adjusted puppy and dog. My sister came in from out of state ( 1 year ago) and wanted to add a new addition to her home she got the cutie most outgoing shitzu . Then later bought another shitzu pup from a well know local breeder. Both of the shitzus are healthy. Yes , I would have no problem getting another puppy from just pets. Do your homework and know what you want and then communicate with the staff and they will call you when the puppy that will fit your lifestyle is coming into the store .

For my birthday, my wife wanted to get me a puppy. She found one at Just Pets II and we went to go see him. The store was very clean and the puppies are happy and healthy. With their policy to be in the market for a puppy it helps keep them healthy. The employees were very knowledgable about the pup and answered any and all questions to the best of their ability. We only had to spend 2 minutes with our little Niko before we knew he was our pup!! An even better step up in customer service is that they call the next day to make sure everything is going ok! Thank you Just Pets for an amazing experience and bringing Niko into our lives!!
