Took our puppy to the day camp where he was to play with other dogs,have his photo taken,doggie ice cream. He is American bulldog and 51/2 months old. He was locked up all day no ice cream no photo. My dog who goes to petco for puppy play time has no issues at all. Cone to find out they did that to him because pitbulls,American Stratford terriers, American bulldogs are classified as bad dogs. Well no where did it say that there so instead of telling us no they took our money and locked my dog up from 900am to 430pm. I have called every day to speak with a manger and havve been avoided. My dog can out shaking so bad it was sad. Never again will I support petsmart for this and not treating all dogs equal.

Richie, what a guy. Richie is the heart and soul of this store, his customer service is WAAAAYY above and beyond. He has been there doing a great job, everyday, giving it his all for YEARS!!! I respect that in anyone at any job. Can you say you have done a better job than anyone else could have at your job? He absolutely can, with enthusiasm. Great guy, what an amazing attitude, what an amazing work ethic. It speaks to credibility and sustainability of Petsmart as a brand that he has stayed with the company. Ive been dealing with him for years and he always has a smile and a good word to say. Thanks Richie, you are appreciated more than you know.

We bring our goldens here for grooming, and every experience has been awesome. They stand by their services - and the one time after a "furminator" when our dogs were still shedding, we brought them back within a week and they brushed them out again for free - and apologized for not getting all of the hair out the first time. I cant recommend their grooming salon enough (although I recommend avoiding the Banfield Vet thats there - Ive never had great experiences there...)

Every time I go there Im treated like family. Staff know me by face if not name. They know my pets even better. Ive never had a bad experience here. And as a matter of fact, I go to this location over any other in my area. Prices are reasonable. But its the customer service that I go back to each time. People who care about your pets as much as you do, work here. They want nothing more than you and your pet to be happy.

Not a good experience at all. Walked in and stood in an isle for 10 minutes with not a single employee asking if I needed assistance. Didnt even get greeted upon entering the store. All employees were sitting on the counter tops at their register areas. Not a single person looked up as I finally got fed up and left the store. Would not recommend going to this store at all.

Show up on time for our appointment only to find out its been pushed back by 15minutes which actually turned into 30 mins. This was the 2nd time they have done this. They call the day before to confirm the day and time, then show up and time is different. I asked why this keeps happening and the girl told me that someone there keeps mixing things up.

This is location is hands down the best Petsmart I have ever been to. The employees are always going above and beyond to help me and really create a friendly environment for me and my pets. I often go out of my way to come to this location even when there is a Petco or another Petsmart that is closer. Keep up the good work.

Our new puppy is insecure and needs tons of attention. The store personnel were friendly and the trainer gave us some advice on handling it. Everyone made me feel comfortable about having a puppy that barked and yelped the whole time we were in the store, understanding he needed to learn about new situations.

Going to Petco, Im willing to make the travel to buy my products elsewhere. I have TWO petsmarts close to my home address and neither ever seem to have the dog food I need in stock, instead they just move another overstocked product to the location on the shelf.

Went to look at fish and all the tanks had like no fish and there were multiple dead fish in each tank! The dead fish were obviously in there more than one day.
