I would have given them a 5 star except for the incident where they said they couldnt clip my dogs nails after he got blood drawn. They claimed that he could get an infection from getting his nails trimmed. I am a Vet Tech, as well as an animal groomer and I know that the real reason was just because they were lazy and didnt want to do it. The only way he could get an infection is if they rubbed poop or dirt onto the injection area on the neck which wouldnt have happened with a nail trim. I get if the dog had gotten a vaccination like rabies, but really a blood draw. Pretty funny when people who bring their dogs to the vets who get both vaccinations and blood draws still get their nails trimmed on the same day. I also talked to a previous manager who worked in the grooming department of Petsmart and they were just as astounded by this as I was. I refuse to take my dog to their grooming department anymore until they have more informed people who work in the grooming area. I am now getting my dog pampered in another grooming store with a better price and way nicer people. Shame on you for hiring uninformed groomers Petsmart and charging the outrageous prices that you do when they think that a nail trim will infect a blood draw area. SMH. I will not be recommending my friends to your store for grooming. I am normally fine with shopping at your until this incident, but I have decided to give my business to more informed people.

I have a Pomeranian dog that I get groomed quite often at this location, everytime I get someone I like and the get familiar with the way I like him groomed, they leave the store for another location. Some are better than others but havent been too bad until yesterday. I took peanut in to be groomed and explained to the girl how I wanted him cut, not to mention its in the computer because he is done the same every time! When I went to pick him up, I was shocked and upset! He was not done like I asked, in fact he looks horrible! His mane is gone, he is all chopped up, several long places where they arent supposed to be, he has a small strip down both front legs that is shaved?!!! He doesnt even look like a Pomeranian! I dont know if they have gotten new people or what but if it happens again I will go else where!

Absolutely terrible experience from the minute we walked in. Its one thing to have issues with one employee but three in less than 5 minutes is unacceptable. The two employees gave us attitude and the manager was very unhelpful and rude. We were argued with by all three workers. The most irritating part of this situation was the fact that we talked to the manager about our problem and his response was asking us back what we wanted him to do about it because "hes just a manager." I feel very frustrated by the situation and the way the employees handled it. We were told to "shoot in the dark" to resolve our issue and thats what we did and were forced to leave with nothing. (Very unprofessional)

Knowledgeable and friendly staff. 4.25/5 Like most PetSmarts Ive been to. But not overly stinky. The staff was friendly and helpful. I feel like the place is wonderfully staffed. I ordered fish tank parts online, which didnt fit because I didnt read the description. And the staff gave me a refund, no hassle. The only thing keeping it from a solid 5 would be the wait for assistance on anything. Im always waiting. Some times 15 minutes for fish. Or 20 minutes to get a cat tower down. I understand, its rough to staff for the few times you are slammed. But I still feel like it could be better.

Weve used this Petsmart for grooming many times without issue, but today brought our dog in for just a bath/brush and nail trim. He had an afternoon appointment and they called to say he was ready about 30 min before closing. When we picked him up he reeked of wet dog smell. The entire purpose of taking him to the groomer is so he doesnt come back smelling bad. I could have saved $30 and given him a bath and air dry myself. Extremely disappointing that they rushed this and did a sub-par job because they did not allow themselves enough time for such a simple service.

The animals for purchase and adoption seem to be well treated compared to some of the other PetSmart locations I have visited. Staff is always friendly and the store is rather clean for a pet store. I have adopted two cats from this specific location. This PetSmart also has a Banfield Animal Clinic at the back of the store that offers veterinarian services at reasonable rates.

Worst pet store ever! You would think a pet store would care about pets. That is not the case here. They would rather see our fish die than help us when the tank became contaminated with cricket food from the children. Claims its store policy. The funny part is their competitors accepted them with open arms. Petco is the way to go!

I brought my dog in for grooming and the grooming staff was great! Their system wasnt pulling up my dogs vaccinations and Trisha went out of her way to call another location to locate them. They really came through for us and Sadie looked great afterward! Well definitely be coming back.

I love this petsmart. The people who work there as so friendly. After I got my first dog I went in to get her stuff. The associates were very helpful and willing to answer my billions of questions. I love it there, and so does my puppy girl. Would definitely recommend this petsmart.

Customer service is great at this store. The only thing keeping it from getting 5 stars is that it can take them awhile to restock something theyre out of. Though this may not be the stores fault so.

Prices are what you would expect for a corporate store like petsmart, nice and overpriced. If you can wait order online. I go there regularly for crickets but thats about it

They refused to put my dog down that was suffering incredibly. They only wanted me to spend thousands of dollars onTests and meds. They dont know what they are doing!

I love this petsmart. Its clean and the staff are so friendly. The only downside is that sometimes there is only 1 cashier and they get very busy.

Get the pet perks card (for free) and save a ton! I go there all the time for the sales and the above and beyond customer service !!!

Do not get your dog groomed here. They over book their staff and make your dog sit in a create for hours on end.
