If it were up to me they wouldnt even get ONE star. This place really needs to sharpen up their whole operation. I bought a vehicle from them & also recommended my ex fiancé. Well everything is and has been okay with my car. The only real big issue I had with my car is that they had my plates at the location and NEVER contacted me to pick them up. It took for me to get pulled over for expired paper plates for me to find out. I should have been more aware but if they had the plates they should have called me to notify me. So with my exs car they sold him an Audi. Two days after getting the vehicle it broke down. So he took it back and they let him use a loaner car until they fixed his. This was back in February. We are now in June and they are barely giving him a solution. First they said he was going to keep the loaner and then they said he wasnt that they were just waiting for the Audi to be fixed. They kept giving us a different story and saying that the person who handles all of that wasnt there and he would call him back, which he NEVER received a call from them. If he did not call or go up there, there was no contact made. So he finally went up there today and they tried to get him to sign a contract for the loaner car which is a Ford and they wanted him to pay the same amount. The Ford is nowhere near as expensive as the Audi so they tried to trick him. He said he was not going to sign and then they said okay well the Audi is ready so you can take the Audi. OKAY! So if the Audi was ready why has no one contacted him to notify him!? We are 4 MONTHS from the original purchase date and I bet they never planned to even give him the Audi back. They also told him that supposedly the mechanic has been driving the Audi around "just to make sure its fixed". They are complete BS and I will NEVER EVER in my life refer someone to them again. I work for an insurance company & at first they were sending me business so I had contact with some of their clients and I had MANY complaints about them as well. Most of my clients said they never got their plates either. When I called to complain about my exs car a few weeks back the lady who works there told me "You make your money from us so you need us". GIRL BYE! I had maybe like 5 clients sent from them and I have NOT gotten nor do I want any more clients from them and I have been doing just fine. May was actually my BEST month. So Idk why they would think that is something okay for them to tell me but they have the worst customer service and really like to screw people ever. GOD BLESS THEM!

Do not go here they were so eager to take my money . they sold me a lemon car the check engine light came on the next day they sold me the car . then the car started overheating I called and contacted them but they gave me the run around and told me someone can fix it but never contacted me I called the girl Gabby and Kevin who sold me the car she never contacted me also 15 days later they came repo my car so I was without a car and $1200 it was my first time buying a car my worst experience ever I have no way to get to school now.. I hope someone take my advice and do not trust anyone here its all a scam ive contacted an attorney about the situation stay away from this place the cars are trash there mechanics are trash...

I Would NOT Recommened No One To this Place...They Dont Keep Their Word They Are Very Unprofessional & Give You False Information...The Guy Kevin Dont Know Anything Never Go Through Him And He Is Not Willing To Help At All...I Have Been With This Place For Almost A Year Paid My Notes On Time Like They Told Me And They Couldnt Help Me.The General Manager William Is Never Their Or Always Busy And NEVER Have Time For His Clients... I Recommend NO ONE To Rans Auto Its A Waste Of Time.

I wanted to buy a big SUV to travel from Houston to Kentucky. The sales people were very nice and ready to help, they showed me several cars but i fell in love with a 2007 pathfinder. There was no problem buying the car even though my credit was not very good they really tried to help me. i drove off with my new car and was very happy with the financing flexibility. It has been 4 months and the car has not given me any problems at all. I highly recommend this place.

Went here to get a car bad credit got financed. However got into wreck insurance totaled the car out sent ran auto sales a check they cashed it and still called me months and months after for a payment even tho the check paid off the car. And when they finally charged off the car off my account they reported it to my credit as "charged off as bad debt profit and loss write-off" horrible it dropped my credit score majorly.

nice and good celica post on there website, ask them if they still have it, and get positive back. go there at the same day, and they told me the car was sold days ago, and recommend me another one, bad Interior and high mileage. still ask me the same price. but i know that one, they list on craigslist was 2000 dollar lower than they told me. they were so evil, and not recommend

The staff is awesome and friendly. Went to look at a specific vehicle they had in stock. Purchased the vehicle, transaction went smooth. William is a good guy and took the time to explain everything. Tatiana and Gabby where super helpful as well. Definitely recommend this dealership. A+

Very nice salesmans. (William,Kevin,Tatiana,Briana). Theyve always been there for me and Im sure theyll do the same for you. They treat ever customer as a priority. If either of them left,I would no longer do business there,thats how much I like those mentioned.
