This dealership is on point, from the sales staff (Steve) and Mark in financing. Real talk, I had issues with my credit and just lost my only means of transportation, my girlfriend and I stopped by the dealership after hours and saw a beautiful Infiniti G35 at $17k. We loved the car and figured it would just be a pipe dream however; when we came into the store during business hours the car was gone. Went to Merritt Isl. dealership and saw the car there, the salesman didnt come over and say well since the car is there its his deal. He called Steve stated one of his customers is up at the M.I. store and will have the car ported back to Melbourne for him to finish the sale. Steve went over the car with me and sent me to financing they worked hard for me cause I stated Im not giving up a dime and I want $400 payment for 6 years. They got me a $399.00 payment for 5 years and the car cost $17k......I financed $17k. These guys dont snake one another, they are true to their word in fighting to get you into one of their vehicles and they offer an outstanding product. Their on the up and up an will recommend Steve and Mark to all.

HORRIBLE Company to deal with. Went in to purchase a truck. Completed the entire application process and they were running the financing. However, because it was a Sunday a lot of the banks were closed and not responding. So, they told us to wait until the next day when the banks opened. Called at 9AM the next morning to complete the process...to find out they sold the vehicle to someone else, even though they had a sale pending -- and did not even give the courtesy of a phone call!! Will NEVER do business with them again and am reporting negative reviews about our experience to every site, social media and person we know!! SHADY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

OK so I recently bought a truck here 2/2014 and I read the reviews, and was a skeptic until I arrived to the dealer. I have had 15 vehicles now and this was the best experience I have had with new or used vehicles. I dealt with Mike which advocated my decision, he didnt act like he was doing me a favor like most car sales men do now, he did his job, he did it well, he made me happy. I highly recommend this dealership due to Mike and also Nick who detailed the car and made it look even better than it already did. I recently bought a Land Rover Discovery from here, and it was by far the best car buying experience. After having shopped for a car for 3-4 weeks, I found what i liked at GenX and they did everything they could to get me in the car and they were so nice. I never felt like they lied about anything, they let you test drive without a rep so you dont feel pressured. Debbie is the best. The cars are in emaculate condition. They dont sell junk. the office is very clean and friendly as well. I defenitly recomend you buy from here!

Awesome customer service!! I went to Gen-X to get body work done on my vehicle. Not only was their work of the highest quality, but they went above and beyond by washing and vacuuming my vehicle, and all of this was done on time and with a smile. The owner even came out to thank me for my business. You cant find this sort of personal customer service in big dealerships or else where. I will definitely go back to GenX Motors for future repair work, as well as future vehicle purchases.

I Always Buy My Cars Here. Over the yars I have bought over 10 cars from Gen X and I keep coming back because nobody can beat their low prices or their great customer service. They are honest dealers who sell top quality cars which they stand behind 100%. They have now added a service department which recently fixed my air conditioning in 2 hours for less than half what I was quoted at another repair garage. Do yourself a favor and give this dealership a try.

These guys went above and beyond when I was broke down. They fixed my vehicle through a difficult process because of some rusting of bolts and other products. they did their very best, they worked with me tremendously on the price and the labor ...they would more than fair. Name of very knowledgeable also. They even stayed late to finish the job in one day. I highly recommend them to anybody needing service or to buy a vehicle.

Ask for the “concierge service” This was hands down the best car buying process I have ever been through. I was updated with every few hours on the financing, the car was brought to my place of work to test drive, I showed up to the Merritt Island office drove it one more time, walked into the office, signed 5 papers and drove off. Everyone there is on their A game.

bought a pricey car from this place. big mistake. it broke down in a week. they said they fixed it and they didnt and now having other issues. luckily money to fix is not a problem but a car like this shouldnt be having these problems with such low mileage. obviously i wont be back.
