Eli is a fair, honest, and courteous person. Without overdoing it or showing off, Eli shared a lot of useful technical knowledge about cars to help make the process more enjoyable ~ I could tell Eli knew cars inside and out. No haggling involved; no hassle trade-in process too. Came away very satisfied with First Autos inspection procedure with full Carfax disclosure and added safety measures. This place will be my first choice in the future. Highly recommended!

I bought my first car through First Choice and I was super pleased with the service they provided me with. I didnt know much about insurance or even about financing, and they assisted me with every step. Because I bought a car through First choice, they do you a great service where if there is ever something wrong with the car, you can bring to them and they can get a discount through they auto shop they go to. I definitely recommend them if youre in need of a used car. I have always been skeptical about these types of dealerships just trying to take my money, but I can say they are very honest!

I bought a 2006 Infiniti from Eli recently.When I got home(about 15 miles)the car had a noise in the front drivers side wheel.I called Eli at8:30 that evening and told him what I had experiienced.He had me bring the car to his mechanic and wouldnt let it go til it was fixed.I also offered to pay for any parts and he gave the money back to me!I love the car but I love dealing with an honorable man even more.Eli is worth dealing with as the price was right and the dealer was honest.Would go there or refer any friends and family to him without concern.Thank you Eli.My faith is restored.

The owner, Eli, is a great guy. Hes a fair and honest businessman who will always go out of his way to make sure his customers are taken care of. I bought an 04 Mazda 3 from him, and its the best used car Ive ever owned. I recently needed to replace my front wheel bearings, so I called Eli and he made sure it was taken care of quickly and at wholesale price for parts and labor. The car was in and out in less than a day. As long as Im in MA or NH, Ill never go anywhere else.
