2014 Ram 1500 This was my 2nd visit to the service dept for an oil & filter change and tire rotation. The 1st visit, I made an appointment and simply requested an oil change and tire rotation. I thought 1 1/2 hours wait for this service is a little much, but I thought it is what it is. I over heard another customer mention a coupon so I went on my iPhone and found the same coupon. I was told by Kevin that I really should present it upon arrival. I thought to myself, 1. What difference does it make. He seemed dumb founded that I would hand him a coupon. 2. He should make customers aware of a savings that Deluca is offering at anytime. That would certainly make me feel like my visit for service to them means alot. My 2nd visit was Monday May 9, 2016 Again I arrive on time for my appointment, this time with a coupon in hand for a synthetic oil change and tire rotation. It was a Deluca Coupon. Again he seemed dumb founded that I would hand him a coupon. It was $39.95 for the synthetic oil change, additional $ for a tire rotation and then $79.95 for synthetic oil change, filter, tire rotation and inspection. I didnt want or need the inspection. I figured $59.95 + disposal fee+ taxes = approx. $70.00. After $20. coupon. $50.00+-. Instead I get a bill $116.00 +- minus the coupon of $20. = $96.35. It is not listed on bill whether 7500 mile synthetic was used or 3000 mile synthetic. They charged me for 7 quarts of oil at $8.85 per quart. The only thing listed for oil used was 5w20. I typically dont mind paying a reasonable amount for this service as I am trying to do the right thing with my vehicle. At the price I paid and the lack of explaining I receive, chances are I will find another Dodge Dealer. Note: A friend of mine gets the same service on the same vehicle. He pays approx. $75.00 for 7500 mile synthetic oil change, no additional charge for tire rotation and they vacuum and clean windows. Sounds like a better deal and better treatment to me.

I am leasing a 2014 Cadillac CTS 2.0 Turbo, its a 4 cylinder, the This dealership and its Service Department leaves a lot to be desired. I took it in for routine oil change and tire rotation at 19,000 miles. When I got the car back it was making a horrible thumping noise when driving. It sounds like a Macktruck. So second time in for service they said that the rear differential is defective and needed to be replaced, or course under warranty, once that was done the car still was horrible driving, so now they say that the rim has a dent and that I needed to get a front end alignment which I would have to pay for, after much protesting they agreed to do the front end alignment at no cost, once that was done, the car still sounds like a Mack truck, so now the problem is a bent shock (slightly) and a dented rim, $400.00 later the car isnt any better, Now the Service Mgr, David Brown is saying the tires are scalloped and its from aggressive driving, SERIOUSLY??? Im 60 yrs old, I drive 18 miles to work on a bumper to bumper highway with top speeds at 30 miles hr., it takes me an hour to get to work... The tires are scalloped from the bad differential causing the tires to not run true not my driving. My next step was to contact Cadillac directly asking for new tires, who do they call?, the ignorant service manager who tells them that yes the differential was defective and needed to be replaced but that had nothing to do with the tires, so Cadillac will not do anything further to help me. I pay 750 a month for a car that drives like a piece of crap down the road. So much for the CUE (Cadillac User Experience) Never again will I buy a Cadillac

I just bought a new Camaro here. It was my first experience with this dealership, and I have to say, it was the most enjoyable car-buying experience I have ever had. Their price on my car was more than fair - they honored their online advertised price without any further haggling or attempts to add-on fees. My salesman, Alan Katz, was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, patient and courteous. The entire process was quick, painless and without any pressure of any kind. After the sale was completed, Alan spent an extraordinary amount of extra time with me in the car, explaining every single feature and piece of technology, and he has called me a few times since I took delivery on the car, to make sure I am completely happy with it. I have excellent credit, but Larry, the finance manager, got me a lower rate than I told him I was looking for - to me, that demonstrates integrity. I wont forget it. These guys did every single thing they said they would and more. So often, as consumers, we are quick to complain about poor treatment - and with good reason! I just had to take the time to thank the people at this dealership for doing everything right and for treating a total stranger so well. Based on this experience, I can not recommend them highly enough. If my future dealings with them are half as good as the past two weeks have been, I will be buying all my cars here. Thank you Alan, Larry and Bill DeLuca!

This was my first time coming to Bill Deluca for service and I was very happy. My in-laws having been purchasing and servicing their cars here for years so I figured I would give them a try. My 2014 Chevy Silverados battery went dead mysteriously over the weekend and I had received a safety recall the week before so I called to schedule an appointment for later in the week. My trucks battery went dead again later that morning, so I jumped it and drove it right there. They took my truck right in and I didnt expect to see it for a few days since they found I had 3 safety recalls to fix, I decided to have the oil changed while I was there and I mentioned I leak the truck occasionally had during heavy rain. 5 hours later, I received a call that it was ready. They fixed 3 safety recalls, replaced my leaking ceiling antenna, ran diagnostics on my dead battery issue, changed the oil and rotated the tires. My service rep was awesome and this was a great experience. For decades, I have always avoided dealership service departments, because I thought they would try to pressure me into services I did not need and I like working on my own vehicles when I have time. Being a busy working family with 3 young children, I dont have the time to wrench on my own vehicles anymore and I will definitely be going back to Bill Deluca for service in the future.

I am totally satisfied with the service and professionalism that I receive from the employees at Bill DeLuca’s Chevrolet dealership. From my first visit (the day of my purchase) to the subsequent visits for service, I would highly recommend this dealership to family members and others without hesitant. In fact, I drive a little over one hour from my home to the dealership for an oil change - I am that impressed. All the while there is a dealership 20 minutes away from my house that I choose not to use. On my last visit for an oil change, I had a technical question regarding my Sirius radio. I asked the Service Consultant Brett Williams and he was not sure of his answer. He took the time to research the question and I left the dealership with the answer along with a printout of the answer. Brett took the time to satisfy this customer. This professionalism for customer awareness and the drive to satisfy the customer is why I will keep coming back to Bill DeLuca’s Chevrolet dealership.
