BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!! Went to this place to look at car that seemed reasonably priced. When I got there to test drive the car it wouldnt start. The owner literally had to jump start the car. After researching this place and ratings I found that this place preys on people with bad credit and will entice you to get into their "special financing program" with a 21% interest rate. Not only do their cars have mechanical issues but they scam you into purchasing a car off their lot with hidden interest rates and costs. BE VERY CAREFUL...things are NOT as they seem...There are many reputable dealers, this is NOT one of them....my advice, purchase elsewhere.

I would give zero stars, but that option is not available. It helps explain why there are not more reviews for this Haverhill used car dealership. Ill not bore you much with my experience with them. Im hear to warn you, that this people are not going to favor any retail customer. I dont get a favorable ride, and you will not, either. Prepare yourself by knowing the value range of any car or truck you buy here. If you dont, I guarantee you will pay above retail. Check the fine print. Bring the car they would sell you to a mechanic for a thorough examination before committing to buy, and all paperwork to attorneys for review. Buyer beware.

I bought several cars from Haverhill Motorcars. I would recommend them to anyone. My finance rate was 4%. I have never had problems with the cars I have bought from them and my family has always shopped there as well. I did recommend my brother to them and his rate was at 21% because he had very poor credit. He is now driving a beautiful 2009 Impala with no problems. They gave him a chance to rebuild his credit!

They can help you out with what they can, but they will not call you back at the time they promised. One thing I do have to say they have good variety of cars and for a good price.
