Worst Experience ever. I bought a 2013 Ford Explorer around a month ago. A week later the Check Engine light turns on and off. The A/C compressor broke down. It took me 3 days to get them to fix this issue. I had to pay for taxi to go home and come Back. When they are selling you the car theyre ok, but S soon that car is sold they dont give a damn about you nor your car. I regret buying a car at this dealership. Most of the people that buys there dont have credit, if credit is the issue try getting a co-signer and go to a well certified dealership where you can pay less and receive better service. These people are the worst. Do not buy there!

Really disappointed whit the service there. Spoke with sales guy through the phone and explain what i want price and year he send me a lots of pics of trucks that fit my specifications told me to goind donw there to close the deal ... when there he make me wait like 30 to 40 minutes to show me a total differents trucks and whem i ask about the ones he told me he said was like 5 to 7 more that he told me frist

Worst customer service ever! Waited 1.5 hrs to purchase a car and no one cared to come over to see if we Needed any assistance. They lie to you on the phone just to get you into their show room and claim they never said what they did on the phone.( happened twice by two different sales reps.) The general manager was the most unprofessional of them all. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

I not only bought a car, but also got to know people who treated me like nobody else had ever done in a car dealer. I can say the people have really outstanding professionalism. These people are all snakes theyre your friends when youre buying but after they could careless the car that i bought started giving me problems 3000 miles after i bought it i called them and the guy lied to me tried to tell me i didnt have warranty when i paid a 3 year warranty! SNAKES dont buy from them.
