Looking for a Subaru? Start here. Youll probably end here, too. I did! Two months ago I test drove the Outback and the Forester at Somerset Subaru. Today, after months of research/test driving other vehicles to settle on a Forester, and a terrible experience at Anchor Subaru, I drove my brand new, 2016 Forester home from Somerset Subaru 90 minutes ago. And for over $230/month LESS than was quoted to me for a used vehicle with fewer options at Anchor Subaru. From the minute I walked in to the dealership, the staff at Somerset Subaru were friendly, proactive, respectful and transparent. They gave a fair offer on my trade-in, and got me better financing than I was pre-approved for at my credit union. The rest was my decision, and there was decidedly no pressure. While I noticed that another reviewer felt that the lack of follow-up meant they didnt want to sell the car, I actually appreciated the space to make my decision. And when I did, they made the car buying process absolutely seamless! Nick (my salesperson) took care of everything, and Carlos (the business manager) was professional, warm, and easy to work with. When I picked up the car, Nick continued to represent Somerset Subarus commitment to its customer experience. He spent an hour and a half reviewing the cars manual, orienting me to the vehicles controls, syncing my phone with the StarLink system, giving me a tutorial on the audio/phone system (which is extensive!!!), registering me for all of the free trials, and just generally making sure I was not only aware of all of the vehicles extra features, but comfortable using them. If youre looking for someone to treat you with respect and be transparent through the car buying process, Somerset Subaru is the place to go.

I would like to take the time to thank Brian and the entire Somerset Subaru team at Somerset Subaru. Brian and his team made my car buying experience trouble free. I was surprised to see Brian, manager of Somerset Subaru help me. Since all other sales personnel was busy helping and awaiting other customers, Brian went above and beyond to help me with buying a vehicle. I chose Somerset Subaru by the convince of the location and the availability of inventory and information on their website. Brian gave my plenty of details about my choices. He gave me the ability to not only test drive my choice but gave me the different choices that were in my price range and interests. Doing this, made me feel more relaxed in my car buying experience. As a mother of two, my husband was not able to accompany me but in no way did I feel pressured or uncomfortable with buying a vehicle as a woman. (Since there is sometimes a gender bias when buying a vehicle) Brian and his team exceed my expectations when it came to buying a new car that fit my family. I would highly recommend Somerset Subaru to anyone that is looking to buy a vehicle in a reliable, comfortable, and hassle free environment. Thank you again.

My 2008 Forester had an issue with the engine light and cruise control light flashing but nothing seemed to be wrong otherwise. I called for an appointment and brought it in to the dealership hoping it wouldnt cost too much to repair. Ive only owned the vehicle for a few months. Thirty minutes later I heard the words "Youre all set ,theres no charge." What a surprise and relief. A faulty sensor was the problem which they quickly repaired . Somerset Subaru stands behind their vehicles and takes very good care of their customers. A special thank you to Wayne in the service department for all his help. After having a rather uneventful experience with a dealership in Rhode Island, my wife and I decided to extend our search. Luckily, our Internet scavenging led us to Somerset, a dealership that rewarded us with a painless car buying experience. Not only did Mike Vieira, the sales associate who helped us from start to finish, provide answers to every possible question we had about automobile performance, accessories, and value, but guided us without pressure or expectation. Mike is knowledgable about not only Subaru and their products, but those of his competitors, and his no-nonsense approach was refreshing and reassuring. Overall, Mike and Carlos Pavao, the sites business manager, were overwhelmingly accommodating and made our whole process pretty painless.

TERRIBLE SERVICE AND WORK!!!!!!!!!!!! JUST HAD MY wrx sti have timing belt water pump front and rear differental oil and oil pick up tube done MY REAR DIFFERENTAL COMES BACK WITH THE DRAIN PLUG LOOSE SO LOOSE YOU COULD MOVE IT WITH YOUR BEAR HAND LEFT SO MANY BOLTS LOOSE ON MY CAR ANOTHER THING THEY DAMAGED MY BRAND NEW INVIDIA N1 RACE SYSTEM ($772 from invidia themself) MOVED MY EXHAUST AND IT BURNED MY BRAND NEW REAR BUMPER I JUST HAD PUT ON LITERLY A WEEK AGO had my radiator flushed THERES A MESS OF ANTIFREEZE ALL OVER MY MOTOR. MY CAR COMES BACK WITH OIL SPLATTERS ALL OVER THE SIDE OF IT FIRE KYLE SUCH A TERRIBLE WORK NEVER GO HEAR FOR SERVICE YOUR CAR WILL COME BACK WORSE THAN IT WENT IN THAT IS FACT IN MY EXPERIENCE

I am from New Hampshire and drove to Rhode Island. The car was outside for the night and when I woke, my car was beeping. I was afraid, caring for two young grandsons and had to get home to an ailing 88 year old that night. Victor at Somerset Subaru, set me up with an appointment, made sure the car was safe enough to drive and made sure I had support for two tired babies to get myself back to their home. His kindness and the kindness of the staff made me sad I had to have the car fixed in NH. I would much rather have been there. They didnt charge me either which amazed even Manchester Subaru. SO WONDERFUL! Thank you all so much and especially VIctor!!!

Women beware. I went into this dealership today ready to purchase an outback. I pulled up at the exact same time as a couple ( I was by myself) and was bypassed for them by a salesperson who was waiting in the parking lot. I had made an appointment but the person who was supposed to meet me was out, so instead I was paired up with a reluctant salesman. I was upfront with what it would take to get me out the door and was told they could absolutely accommodate my requests. Instead I was given an offer $60-90 over what we had agreed upon and then was asked when my HUSBAND could come see the vehicle. Needless to say I walked out.

I highly recommend Andrew. He is very nice, courteous, and knowledgeable. To give you some background, we went to Subaru at another location before, and we were treated so badly. Then I saw good reviews of Subaru Somerset on Google. So I decided to take a chance. We were not disappointed. It was completely different experience. We were treated with respect. Andrew even gave us a good deal. Hes so patient to give us all the details, and not trying to push us to buy a car. I would like to thank Andrew so much for giving us a fantastic buying experience.

Went there to check my transmission, it was slipping service manager said nothing was wrong at first. Went back a week later after I made a bit of a scene he said it need to be replaced. (it had 150 miles on it) I picked it up a month later.with a remanufactured transmission .I questioned that and said I paid for new car and expected a new a new transmission.he said I didn t pay for a new one I no I didnt I paid for a new complete car.Now they refuse to service my warranty I now have to go 70 miles for service because I gave him a poor evaluation.
