We had a very old vehicle, 16 years, and decided it was time to get something else. We always bought cars from the standard auto makers and decided we wanted try something different. After extensive research with different auto makers and obtaining numerous reviews from relatives and friends we decided we would buy a Toyota RAV 4. Four very reliable neighbors, friends and associates highly recommended Jaffarian Toyota. One resource told me she and her family had been doing business at this dealership for 20 years! WOW, I thought that IS a long time! A neighbor mention that she was absolutely satisfied with both sales and service at this dealership and would definitely recommend them. Yet another associate mentioned that she would definitely recommend this auto dealership and would definitely do business with them again. These people are very reliable so it was easy for us to make up our minds where we would look for our next vehicle, a Toyota RAV 4. We were promptly greeted from the moment we entered the dealership door. We found the showroom to be very clean and comfortable. The personnel were very friendly and cordial and made us feel comfortable and important whether we were just browsing or interested in buying a new or pre-owned vehicle. They came over to us and introduced themselves and were very friendly. Gary Clark and Sarkis Shamshoyan introduced themselves and thanked us for choosing Jaffarian Toyota for our choice of dealership. Adam Colarusso was our sales associate. He was very helpful in assisting us to find the exact vehicle we were looking for. I commend his patience and attitude. We test drove two vehicles and asked many questions. He was very knowledgeable in answering many technical questions my husband asked and if he did not know the answer or was unsure in any way he went the extra mile to obtain the answer. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! NO SALES PRESSURE! We bought a pre-owned certified Toyota RAV4, and also purchased an extended warranty. Jason proficiently handled the financing in a timely manner and explained extended warranty options. We selected options based on our needs and did not feel pressured in any way. We were able to finish the financing, registration and obtained the sticker in the same day! Very efficient! GREAT JOB ! The personnel congratulated us and thanked and expressed appreciation for our business before we left the dealership. Sarkis Shamshoyan made sure that everything was in place before we left the dealership and thanked us for choosing Jaffarian to purchase our Toyota RAV4. We have been to many dealerships in the past, however, we were impressed with the RESPECT and appreciation we received from everyone at Jaffarian Toyota. I am confident that we will be happy for many years to come with our purchase. Based on our experience with purchasing our Toyota RAV4, and personnel interaction I would definitely recommend this dealership and continue to do business here.

With the exception of one solid sales person this place simply does not care about doing the right thing for the customer. The managers are fake and presumptuous. I walked in to buy a car they took my information and ran a credit report without my approval, I was going to pay CASH! They promised to get our Highlander in a week and it took almost an entire month. Each manager is willing to LIE through their teeth to get you to pay a price well above sticker price. They will switch numbers around and when asked to explain the fuzzy math you get nothing but stale, old fashioned used car sales rhetoric. They took a deposit on a no down payment deal in order to order the Highlander supposedly. I was promised the refund immediately upon delivery, I took delivery and the $500 deposit was never credited thereby overdrawing my card without my knowledge. So this Highlander I finally got was quoted originally at 479/mo plus $2k down. I had asked that I be given a fair price and I will not haggle, just sign and drive away. They basically tried to gouge me on the price up front so I played their game and got the car for $369 with no money down. Moral of this story is that they will rip you off if you let them and they will smile while doing it. Also the manager who closed the deal tried to convince me that I need gap insurance even-though I bought the car below invoice price and telling me that it will cost me hundreds more after leaving the dealership. Yes another big lie to get more of your $$. Shop for gap insurance with your own agent and do not fall for these tactics. I have purchased 13 cars in my life (2 from Jeffarian) and this dealership (both Volvo and Toyota) is the most crooked place I have ever stepped foot in. Perhaps crooked is giving them too much credit, foolish is more like it and defiantly unprofessional.

For the most part, I have had good luck working with Jaffarian Toyota, having purchased two Camrys from them in the past 5 years. The buying process (in once case leasing) went well and the sales team members I worked with were approachable and supportive throughout the process. I would have given Jaffarian a higher rating but unfortunately had a really poor experience recently causing me to take my business elsewhere. I had gotten a call from them saying that they had a buyer for my leased Camry and wanted to take it back early (had 5 months left) and wanted me to come in. I said that I would but that I was not interested in a new vehicle just to be up front. I was told that was fine and an appointment was scheduled. I arrived at the appointment and long story short was told that they didn’t actually want to buy out the lease; basically, it was a pitch to get me in to buy something new. What made matters worse was the dismissive treatment and flippant comments given by one of their team members. I ended up finalizing the lease early just to be done. I will say, the owner, Gary Jaffarian, reached out to me to apologize for the situation. Gary’s concern over how customers are treated is impressive and more indicative of the service I was used to prior to this past weekend. As I said, I did go back to the store another day (I was told they dont take leases back on the day I had my appointment) to turn the leased Camry in. I worked with another gentleman, also named Gary, who was very helpful as the lease was closed out. All in all, there are some really helpful team members here but sadly also some who could still work on refining their customer service skills. While I dont plan to return, my decision is based on poor service by a few there and not Jaffarian Toyota as a whole.

I came to Jaffarian after shopping around a few other area Toyota dealers in the area based primarily on the recommendation of several friends that had previously dealt with the dealership. From the minute I walked in the door (where I was greeted promptly) my wife and I were taken care of. I had made an appointment to come in and test drive a 2017 Toyota Tacoma and we were able to come in and drive the exact Truck I was looking for. The Sales Associate, John, was helpful but not pushy throughout the process. Having dealt with a few other dealers prior to coming in, I had a price in hand that was competitive, Jaffarian was able to beat it without any of the drawn out sales tactics that I had come to expect while buying a car. I got a great price on the truck I wanted and walked away happy. The finance manager, Jason, was also a pleasure to work with. He walked us through options on financing and warranties and was able to make recommendations based on my specific circumstance. At no point did it feel like he was looking to sell me something I did not need just to make a few extra dollars which meant a lot to me. Finally, when we were ready to drive out we met with Sarkis who was excellent to deal with. He has been in the business for a long time and you can tell he values building relationships with his customers. Based on my interaction with the entire staff at Jaffarian Toyota, I will absolutely be buying my next car there.
