My daughter purchased a car in Oct, her father cosign because she had no real credit established, and plus she was graduating from SU in December, wellll we signed all the paper work thinking everything was legit, every week they was calling my husband and daughter because they needed this or that, she drove 3 weeks with paper work not being finalized,me being a parent called and asked what was going on Mr Willie Bell stated he was doing my daughter a favor because she had lied about her employment smh she didnt lie she told him she was PRN at a hospital until she graduated within the next weeks, plus my husband cosign well after 3 weeks the paoerwork was finalized I brushed that off and let it go, wellll in November the oil light came on stating that 12% before oil change, she took it in and they changed it, a month later she started hearing a clicking sound when she made a turn so saturday the January 10 she took the car back to auto yes because she didnt know what was going on with her vehicle, mind you she s fresh out of college living in BR, her fathet and I live in another city, well some harsh words were spoken with my daughter and one of the gentlemen that work there, she found out the truck was never checked out properly and she had the paper work to prove it well she called me and i called them and yes i was mad this is my child Mr Willie Bell answered the phone and i asked what was going on with the car he said my daughter came uo there cussing and wanting a loaner until her truck get fix and that he was doing her a favor, well yes i got angry and we went word for word mind you we are customers, he said i didnt raise my kids right, and yes i blew my top but my thing is where is his professionalism, favor? really sir i thought it was called doing your job, you got mad because YOUR mechanic told my daughter that truck wasnt checked before you sold it, and then they gave her a check off paper for another vehicle, customer service is not your cup of tea, oh yea and you said if she said anything about this you would never do her another favor well it looks like you need a favor cause you sold a truck that was not checked off and guess what we have the paperwork.....favor?

Let me start off by saying the service ws awesome. Dont let them fool you with their smiles and nice talking! Ok now that I got that out the way let me start from the begining. I walked in everyone was extremely nice I had no money down but my credit is A+. So I chose the updated 2011 nissan maxima as my vehicle looked very nice and luxury! loved it! Thats until I got home and drove it for about a week. Thats when the troubles begin. First the brakes! I got them replaced. Then the motor! Now, keep in mind I only had this car for a week. I called told them my problems and at first refused but after b****ing for a few days they decided to fix it. Now catching the bus for about a week and a half! After I got the car back the top coat and clear coating of the paint which was black started to slowly come off showing the true color of the vehicle.After a few months my car looked like crap!!!!!!!! Cant believe I was still paying notes on it!!!! the hood was white and black and the rest of it was black. who paints over a car without priming the original color off? Cant tell you the many of things that had to be replaced on the car including a tune up a month after........ needless to say im finish paying for it now and ready to junk it or sale it on criagslist! smh I had the best auto buying experience and got a non quality car! Never AGAIN!!!!!!! Question why do they have to hold money to check your credit? Makes no sense to me.

In less than one calendar year, my family has purchased five(5) certified used cars from AutoYes! My brother/wife purchased a 2015 Malibu & 2015 Camry in September 2015. My niece purchased a 2013 Nissan Sentra in March 2016. Just this past week on 6/23/16, my husband & I purchased two(2) 2016 Chevy Cruze LT (red & white) for our daughters. As customers, I know we have called countless times regarding questions & concerns. If they werent available to talk, Mr. Rodgers & team always followed through with a call back. The salesmen are extremely nice and helpful. The other half of the staff are awful and have horrible attitudes. I started having trouble with my car 2 weeks after buying. They wouldnt fix it. A family member also bought a car from there and her motor has blown out and we cant figure out why. She only had the car for 6 months. They said it wasnt their problem. Service is horrible. Great place to go if you dont have any money and need a car. But I hope when you get the car youre driving to a job so you can save up to buy a new car because you will be needing one within a year. Also the day U bought my car it was still dirty because somebody had traded it in THAT DAY. So i left it there to be cleaned and it look like a 3 year had cleaned it out. I had to yell on the phone for hours to get a second key cut, for them only to give me a key to open the door and not actually start up the car. I have pop a lock for that.

I bought my Titan from Auto Yes two months ago and I had a great experience. I dont know about all the salesman, because I only worked with one, Ferrence Ismail. He was very professional, took his time, and took my head out of the clouds without being mean. The truth of the matter is that I do have bad credit and I know that I cant just walk onto any lot and get what I want. When I went in there I have to admit I did get distracted about the luxury cars on the lot. I make like $2k a month before taxes and I saved up what I thought was a decent down payment. When we went through the process I was instructed on what I needed to do to get my credit where it needs to be and he even put me in touch with credit builders so I get a good credit history on the truck while they take the bad stuff off. I recommend going with Ferrence if you go to Auto Yes, because his customer service was incredible.
