UNSAFE AUTO SALE My boyfriend and I purchased a 2014 VW Jetta GLI a little over two weeks ago. When we were checking the car out before the test drive we noticed the tires were worn. Our salesman assured us that he could get us new tires. When we were in the Managers office making the deal the manager informed us we could not get replacement tires. He told us that the tires are measured with a gauge and if the tread is below 35% the car is not sold with those. That they are replaced before the sale. We took it to a VW dealership a couple days ago to get inspected since we are going on a road trip in a week and a half. The tires were tested and the tread is well below the threshold we were assured they were when we first bought the car. They are not safe to be driving on and are at risk for a blow out. We called North American Auto Group after we had the car tested to inform them of the problem and to speak with them about replacement tires. They told us the manager that sold us the car no longer works there, and they were having a meeting with the general manager. We were told they would get back to us the next morning. No one called. We again called that evening after work and were told we could get two second hand tires. All four tires are unsafe. We were sold an unsafe product and told that is was up to a certain standard. We feel as if we have been lied to by the dealer. We are considering filing a claim with the Better Business Bureau if the issue is not going to be solved.

This place is a joke called them about a week after the flood told them about our credit situation mine and my wifes they assured me that they could get me into a vehicle I asked are you sure because I dont want to come down there after working all night and waste my time they told me yes show me my wife went down there lo and behold couldnt get into a car so I asked what about a cosigner I going to get my father-in-law cosign for me my wife they ask what type of credit doesHe have so I told them hes the type of person that can walk in no money down and walk out with a car if any payment he wanted so we got his information they ran as credit I said he had three loans out and its credit score was at 625 we leave get a contact with my father-in-law let me know whats going on he said theres no way so he calls them they put his information in the computer room well they must have changed it cuz they run his credit again still come back to same thing arguing with my wife about it so we go to Gerry Lane Chevrolet the next day get the same deal and walked out of there with two brand new vehicles like I said this place is a damn joke

This is the worst dealership and business people ive ever dealth with. They know jack shyt about the vehicle they selling. All they worried about is commission. They dont value the customer needs and damn sure dont know the value of whatever they selling. Dont get me wrong, the business is great. Its just the people running it. Be careful what you purchase from these people. If you know nothing about cars or trucks, bring somebody who knows. They almost pulled a fast one on me. Lukcly I know about cars. Its up to you, but dont be fooled or be talked into a deal you think is good when months later you start having problems after problems while paying a note. First the paint, then here comes the squeaks, then transmission, then suspension, a/c and you better hope the damn motor dont go next. "You get what you pay for" ill go to CARMAX if i was you. Stand a way better chance there than here

The dealer was trying to sell my niece a car that had some many damn problems. The car had many dents and smell moldy and musty inside. There was mold on the seat and had too many miles on it. The dealer couldnt produce any use car information. Those are Katrina cars. I cant believe that they are still selling there cars, Men make sure that you go with your husband because he is going to try and steal your woman. The dealer is a pervert anyways. Someday I wish that the police or FBI shut that "car dealership" down

This place is a joke. My boyfriend and I went looking yesterday at this place and the sales lady was rude. We looked around for a while and when we went inside to ask for the price on a blue camero it was extremely over priced and half the vehicles have obviously been wrecked. The other sales man inside was playing on his phone and asked if we meant the blue charger. There was no blue charger on the lot. They dont know what they have on the lot, act rude and disinterested and I do not recommend coming here ever.

I had been searching for the perfect car, perfect price and a dealership that made me feel welcome and comfortable!!! WELL I FOUND IT!!! North American Auto of Burnside never made me feel pressured and answered all my questions. They didnt mind taking the time to go through everything with me and went above and beyond with catering to my experience. This place knows word of mouth speaks volumes.

Very high pressure sales environment. Constantly trying to get you to sign papers before they even give you a total vehicle price. I myself have experienced high pressure salesman, but my wife was completely overwhelmed and that ultimately cost them a sale.
