This was the second time I bought a car from this location. The first time everything went great. So I trusted things would go the same this time. But that was not the case at all. I found a car that I liked on line so I went to this location and talked to one of the employees that I also knew from where I work. I was told that the transfer fee that I paid would be deducted from the price. I also had a coupon for being a flood victim and I am supposed to get a certain dollar amount gift card because of my employer. We talked about all this before I made the decision to go head and pay the transfer fee and get the car to Baton Rouge. Then when the car came in I went to look at it and get the paperwork done. The car had no gas in it for me to test drive it, but I didnt really worry about it because I trusted that everything has been checked out and is okay. I knew they were busy because there were so many people there trying to get a car because thiers were also flooded. So when I went into sign the paperwork the price was different because of the transfer fee so I asked and was told that it was a mistake and the person that told me that wasnt a sales person so they didnt know. So I let it go and signed the paperwork. Then after I left I noticed there was no flood mats or inspection sticker. I emailed the saleman and he said he would order the floor mats and that I can bring the car the Baton Rouge to get an inspection sticker. But I couldnt take off work anymore because by this time I have been out of work trying to get the car. Then the first time I washed my car I noticed a scratch down the side that someone tried to cover up with black paint. Then I also emailed the original person I spoke to about the insensitive that I an suppose to get because of my place of employment. She emailed me back a week or so later and said that the flood relief coupon and my employment insensitive both cant be used. I just feel like all this should have been told to me up front. I ended up paying about $800 more for the car than I was originally told it would be. Lost about $200 worth of insensitives I am going to have to pay over $500 to get the paint buffed off and the scratch fixed So I guess I will end with saying my trust is gone where enterprise is concerned and I will not buy another vehicle from that and I will not refer anymore of my members to them. Which will cut out even more of my incentives but I would rather be honest with my members than put money headed of thier needs. Be careful get everything in writing and check out the vehicles very carefully.

Do to the flood in Denham springs i had to buy a new car and everything i seen looked okay and went and spoke to one sales man and he showed me my Nissan that I did end up buying but it had something all over the screen that looked horrible but didnt offer to clean it or fix it or anything so I moved on and looked at others but always have loved Nissan so something told me to look at it again so I went looking for man that was helping me but A manger came by and told me they are a team and all work together and gave me another salesman which i am choice not to say at this time. But he showed and let me test drive it and told him that screen is only thing holding me back from buying it. So he said "While if you get it then i run down road to body shop see if they have the part or if need to order it while doing paperwork" Okay great you got a deal then! So went in to do paperwork and he never was saying anything else about it so I asked him do you want keys to bring down road he said its crazy right now(Which is was with people whom lost there car also in flood but he wanted more sales so did not want to leave the business and lose out on sales to keep his word to me) So i made him put it on paper that they will fix it in so many days which was nice and made it 2 months so was lots going on and he never contacted me so after a month and me trying to get life back to normal i contact him and have to beg just about to take my car to get it fixed which finally did after call after call after more calls and emails to mangers and everything else. While had my car 1 day shy a week and me in a horrible rent car that was trashed out i called 2 times in this week and boyfriend called for manger they finally tell him not even me that they just looked at it and ordering part and if want to stay in rent car can or come get mine. So went and got mine and asked the sales man when will part be in and hope a week but maybe more but really is unsure and that was few days ago but this is horrible place to buy car and will make sure all my family and friends know it.

We purchased our 2010 Honda Accord from J.B. at Enterprise Car Sales. He was extremely professional and personable, helped us from start to finish, and even paid for an extra key. Overall the dealership had a medium-size selection of cars (most were 2010s) and the prices were very reasonable... only they wont change the price no matter what --- believe me, we tried. When they say "no haggle" they mean it! This might be good for some people, but not for others... my wife was tired of having salesmen from other dealership calling 3 times a day, so Enterprise (and J.B.) being so low-pressure was a welcome relief for her. J.B. told us that the prices on the cars was guaranteed to be lower than Kelley Blue Book, which I was skeptical about -- I did my own research independently and found out that our Accord was a little over 2k under book value --- that and the gas mileage it gets is what sealed the deal. Oh, they include roadside assistance (AAA provides it) for a year after you buy your car... the only reason I know is because the wife locked the keys in the trunk and we called J.B. to see if he could help (not thinking there was anything he really could do)... he gave us the number to the roadside assistance line and 15 minutes later our car was open and we were back on the road. Im giving Enterprise Car Sales a A+ for the value, service, and condition of the cars. We are extremely happy with our purchase and will definitely be back to Enterprise --- and J.B. --- again when its time for another car.

Due to the need to pull larger cargo trailers, I inquired to Enterprise for a Ford F250 Super Duty to replace the F150 XLT I had purchased from Enterprise a few years ago. Within a couple of hours the used car sales rep that help me previously emailed me the details of a truck that greatly exceeded my expectations in terms of features and price. I requested a test drive and they immediately arranged to have the truck delivered from an out-of-town location. What I like about Enterprise is that even "base" models have a higher level of features that make them outstanding values. Although I mentioned that an XL (the "base" model Super Duty) would be fine, the particular truck I bought had AM/FM/CD, power windows, doors and mirrors, a full trailering package including factory electric trailer brake controls and electronic 4 wheel drive selector and tinted windows. For a 2013 model it looks and feels brand new-- I could not be more pleased! I highly recommend Enterprise to anyone in the market for a "new" previously-owned car. It is truly a "no hassle" experience! I especially like the enthusiasm and professionalism of the entire Enterprise sales team.
