Everybody that i dealt with was very helpful and kind. Dan Jones was the salesman that I dealt with and he was great. Definitely a good experience. If anyone is looking for a vehicle thats in great condition and has had some of the best mechanics making sure the vehicles are in great condition and affordable as well, then stop by Blackhawk Motors and see what vehicles they have on their lot. I bet youll find just what youre looking for. And ask for salesman Dan Jones if you want your car purchasing experience to be quick, easy and stress free. I couldnt not have asked for my experience to go any better than it did. Thank you to all Blackhawk Motors employees that I had the pleasure of dealing with, your all great.

Very good experience. I understand its a business and the sales people need to make money - however, no one enjoys the song and dance of negotiating and the time that all takes. Everyone was very courteous of my limited time to actually spend at the dealership. We spoke mostly over the phone, and they were very responsive. If they said they would call me back in 15 minutes, they did! Excellent service and very knowledgeable people. Our salesman was down to earth and made us feel well taken care of!

This is the 1st vehicle Tom & I have purchased since we moved to PDC 16 months ago. We test drove yesterday, purchased yesterday & picked it up @ 10am today. Very sweet gentlemen. They left us alone for all practical purposes while we discussed amongst the two of us. On of the best dealerships in the area.. we are from dubuque ia. Found what we want with the most nices staff around. Got us in a car the same day.. will be returning in the future.. you should too!! Plus there was no pushing or harassing like we had at many other places..... we had Dan Jones as our sales person made it the smooths sales we ever had. Great staff and customer service. Everytime I call to get my truck in to get serviced they get me in promptly. All the staff is friendly and acknowledges the customers and great with kids of all ages. They have a waiting lounge with tv and there is a vending machine also complamentary popcorn while you wait.
