A close friend of mine recently purchased a vehicle from Expert Auto and the car broke down after two weeks. The dealer took the car to the shop supposedly and held it for an additional two weeks. To date it has still not been returned and they subsequently have tried to put her in another vehicle that was overheating, had no working turn signals, and broken side mirrors. None of the cars on this lot would even pass inspection and he is selling them to unsuspecting buyers. My friend is a single mom with three children and she has lost her job because of the lack of transportation and is unable to take proper care of the children. This is a shady car lot who takes advantage of people and leaves them with little or no recourse.

Bought a car from here over three months ago. I had to go back and get a five day temp tag. And now I have to go back again and get another note because they lost my title and have to get another through the state. And when I asked about getting another long term temp tag so that I dont have to keep going back up there they caught an aptitude with me.

Gave them a down payment for a truck repo. The truck in 7 days wanted an extra 1000 down dont want to give my down payment bk then sold me a truck that wasnt even registered an the state Im telling he look you in your face and lie to you dont recommend no one to go to this place for no type of business
