I recently purchaced a 2010 Jeep wrangler from Barreth. I wanted to buy it to suprise my husband. So while he was away on active duty I emailed several dealerships to find out if they had the vehicle I wanted. I knew exactly what my husband wanted in his dream car so my serach was on. Every dealer wanted me to come in to speak with them of course. (and that was the LAST thing I wanted to do LOL) I had done my homework and KNEW that there was only ONE vehicle within 150 miles of where I lived that met all the criteria I needed to get the exact options and color my husband wanted. So, WHY would I go into a dealership to "talk"? I wanted to know if they could get it and what the price would be. Artis at Barreth was very patient with me and through several emails Artis knew all the features I wanted, found the car and quoted me a price. Only ONE other dealership had even gotten that far with me and thier price was over $1,000 more. To make things even sweeter, Artis at Barreth E-mailed me a picture of the vehicle. When I asked him how he got the pic he said they had it on thier lot! They had taken the initiative to drive 100 miles to get this car even before they knew if I was going to buy it or not! (at this point I had never actually even spoke to this dealership, everything was through email). Artis said to call his manager Brett. When I called Brett he was very nice. I told him that I wanted this car and confirmed the price that I was quoted. I also told him I wanted some custom work done to lift the Jeep and add bigger rims and tires. He messaged me pictures and I was abe to pick them out. We did the credit app over the phone and that Saturday I picked up my hubbys new car. Brett had taken care of all the custom stuff for me so that when I arrived at the dealership everything was ready for me! When my husband came back from duty he was SO--ooo suprised! I could not have pulled it off without Artis and Brett (and loved the price too!) AND...I drove about an hour from my home to get this car and would do it again because my experience was such a good one.

I ordered a 1 ton Ram in 2010, My salesman and the finance manager Blake found what I was looking for. I specifically wanted the optional 3.73 gears in the axles (4X4) because I planned to do alot of hauling with it. After the first week of pulling trailers with it the truck it did not have the pulling power I thought it would. I called the service dept and found out his new truck actually had 3.42 gears (the standard gear ratio) and not the 3.73 gears I specified. My salesman was very apologetic and told me He and Blake would take the truck back as a demo and find me the truck I originally ordered. 1 week later the salesman found another truck that had a few less options that what I wanted but it was close to what I wanted and had the gear ratio I wanted. All I needed to do was pay the sales tax and we would swap trucks. I said this was fine and 3 days later I was in the second truck after signing all the paperwork. When I went to license office I was told Blake who wrote the new contract added $4000.00 from the first truck to the second truck. I called Blake to see what was up and he told me "I was not privy to you and your salesmans conversation about taking the first truck back as a demo and I was stuck with it. WHY did Blake write the second contract adding the $4000 when it was his fault the first truck he got me was not what I ordered. I did not make this problem, he did by getting a truck with the wrong gears but I am the one who is out the $4000. Blake is a two faced snake, do not trust him or buy anything from him. I have all the paperwork to prove what I say is true. The second truck is plagued with problems and the WORST TRUCK I EVER OWNED!!! It has been in the dealers shop 16 times in 2 years. I had it in their service dept 7 times for the same oil leak. I have all the paperwork on that also. STAY AWAY FROM BLAKE the sales manager. He will screw you over and have a smile on his fat face the whole time.

I have NEVER EVER been treated with such disrespect and rude comments!! I bought a $40,000 town and country limited and got a nail in my tire, havent had the van for 3months; the lovely people at Chrysler did not equip this van with a spare tire so we had to take our tire off and go get a new one. The people at the Chrysler were rude and inconsiderate, I explained my van is sitting on the side of a road and a highway patrol officer already stopped and said j needed to be quick. These people said they didnt care what the cops said and that it wasnt their problem and we had to wait behind 3 other people even though NOBODY see was there!! After paying the girl asked for the keys to pull our van in. Seriously? I just said its on the side of the road! Then this guy was being rude and and kept coming outside saying things like we had to wait. I explained our situation was urgent as we dont want our van to be towed and can he please just fix our tire real quick.... can you guess what he said?? That the 3 "people" in front of us were all on the side of the road too and that we would just have to wait, it wasnt his problem and then said he didnt care. Then he went, got the rim, handed to my husband and said he didnt have to listen to us, so were leaving with no tire and still have a van stranded! Way to go!! If you want to be treated like scum and act like youre doing something wrong by wanting your tire fixed on a $40,000 van you bought less than 3 months ago, by all means go here. For future problems I will take my van anywhere but here, even if it means going to a different state!! Going to write to the regional department for Chrysler and let them know how this place is treating their customers!

First new vehicle I ever purchased. 4x4 went out at 2400 miles. Then the radio stated shutting off, then the back up lines stated randomly not showing on the display, then my power straying went out. I finally got Chrysler to agree to replace my vehicle after over a year of fighting with them. I put up a review (3 stars) saying how my experience with the staff was ok, just frustrated with the situation. I then get a call from the SALES MANAGER telling me I need to take the Google review down or make it a 5 star. Given that we were still in the process of replacing my vehicle I felt like Barreth was bullying me to take it down. I did, out of fear they would revoke their offer to replace my vehicle. During the final stages of the replacement I had to do most of the leg work as far as making sure paperwork got sent to the bank and constantly having to call the dealership to remind the salesman to DO HIS JOB! The sales manager filed the vehicle as sold almost 2 weeks before I drove it off the lot. (So that it would fall into the 2016 sales report) Through the final steps I requested a different salesman because mine refused to do his job. I was denied this because it would make things harder on the dealership. In the end though, I wouldnt recommend anyone to this place. I will never go back here for even an oil change. I would rather drive to St. Louis than give this business another dollar.
