We lost a windshield wiper on a dark rainy morning when driving near this dealership. Because we were across the road, we took our Mazda to them in the hope of getting a replacement blade. They had it. What was more notable was their generosity. They invited us drive into the service area, and their tech helped install the blade. No charge for the installation. No hope of getting us as customers (we live in Canada). Nice folks. Thanks.

They talked me into buying a warranty for $2,000 on a truck that I bought from them. 2011 Dodge Ram. Took my truck to them when I was having engine issues. The warranty covered nothing. They had no explanation why nothing was covered. They are still selling these worthless warranties.
