I would like to thank the sales staff at Ashland Honda for there total efforts in getting me my awesome new 2017 Honda Ridgeline Black Edition. I had tried to get one through a different dealership in the area since last July 27th where I had bought my last New Honda at. But for some unknown reason they said that the Ridgeline was hard to get and it would take a while. So in October After Ashland Honda had call me because I was look on line myself trying to find one. I went up to there dealer ship to see what they could do for me. It was in the evening around 5. They told me they thought they could find me what I wanted a lot faster. So I total then to please try and see what they could do. On my way back home I got a call from Mike in sales saying he found me a truck that would be built at the factory on October 25 and delivered about two weeks later. The truck was delivered a week later then that due to a production set back at the factory. Which I didnt mind at all seeings they had found and delivered what I wanted in a month and half. When the other dealership I had been dealing with got nothing done from July 27th to October. Thank you Mike and the dedicated sales staff at Ashland Honda for complete efforts in keeping me informed on the progress of the building and delivery of my Ridgeline. Also thank you Mike for the excellent way you hand the experience of trading in my old C-RV and picking up my new Ridgeline. And by the way it is averaging over all right now 23+ mpg. With the highest being 26 on a trip of 264 miles last Wednesday in a snowstorm. That is a full mile per gallon better then the window sticker of 18-25. I am very pleased with those results.

I bought a new Toyota rav4 in 2010 or so. I described to the salesperson what I was looking for (suv type, 4wd, and with cargo space). He talked me into a rav4 but come to find out after our first snow fall, this rav4 was front wheel drive and couldnt get around in the snow. I went back to the dealership and questioned why they sold me a front wheel drive, they said it wasnt there fault I shouldve known and that sales person was no longer there! Talked me into trading it in for a used one, but it had 4wd.....young and stupid, I went along with what they suggested because I wanted 4wd. By doing this I inherited a huge amount of negative equity and had no clue what I just did. They shouldve cared more about the customer rather than making $$. The used rav4 was a complete melon and left me in the shop every other month for 4 years but I couldnt get rid of it because it had to much negative equity on it. Yes they tried to help by covering some of the costs, but towards the end I had to pay for constant repairs, not to mention all my time waiting for it to get fixed. I Finally got enough cash to pay off the negative and go to a new dealership, I dont recommend this one at all.

My husband and I leased a vehicle through Ashland Honda Toyota right before we moved out of state. We were very clear with the dealer and the leasing office that we would be moving and when we would be moving and they assured us it would be no problem. Well, four months later and we are finally getting the paperwork straightened out for us to register in the new state, the leasing office has stopped answering my e-mails, and we are going to have to pay a late fee when registering because our current registration has expired in the process of waiting. I am happy with the vehicle and the wonderful woman in the Titling office (so helpful) but I am dissappointed with the leasing office and those who incorrectly filled out our paperwork (making it take so long to go through). Would definitely lease another Toyota...but not from them

Use extreme caution when booking service! We were not informed there would be a $99 fee for looking at a repair that took a local mechanic a few minutes to diagnose (and not charge us for an estimate). They also (partially) repaired our A/C when we requested them to not too. We wanted them to give us an estimate. (Which once again, we didnt know they charged for). All said and done we were charged $300 for a $10 oil change (we had a coupon for a reduces oil change). When I complained they half hardheartedly offered a partial credit for future service. I said no thanks, it would take a lot more than that to earn our trust. Very disappointed. Next recall is going to a different dealership even if we have to drive way out of our way.

Purchased a CPO vehicle from them. Overall, friendly people with good customer service. I live out of state so communication was very important, and they were fast in answering all my questions. They gave me a fair market value on my trade-in. The only downside is that they still pull a few of the old dealer shenanigans in purchasing the vehicle. $200 doc fees and $200 "VIN etching" fees are old fashioned car dealer tactics. Make sure to get your purchase agreement IN WRITING before settling on a final price.

I was looking for a 2017 Honda Accord Sport SE and Ashland Honda Toyota in Ashland, WI had exactly what I wanted. Kevin my salesperson and Eric the sales manager were awesome to deal with. I received a recall notice from Honda saying there was a recall on my power window switch. I did not buy my vehicle from Ashland Honda Toyota, but I schedule my appointment with them. When I arrived, the staff was very welcoming. They replaced my whole switch system, and gave me a car wash at no cost to me. I am very pleased with Ashland Honda Toyota.

Service personnel was knowledgable of the requested service and shared what may be needed in the future. Cost was comparable with other Toyota service centers. The waiting room was impressive. It was small but being on the shore of Lake Superior you get that phenomenal view and they provide a telescope to get a better view of the whole scene.

Ashland Honda Toyota personnel are friendly, helpful, courteous and responsive to requests and questions. The dealership is kept clean and there is always coffee and a snack available while we wait. I recently had an oil change and tire rotation, and it was comforting to leave there knowing the job was well done.
