Alex Rogol was our services person to check us in for a basic oil change. Well having your oil changed is never basic with Hyundai its a safety treat. Well we came with little money being out of work on disability due to a resent work injury. BUT... After our vehicle went in for a check up, it came back that wire was protruding from the tires like crack needles, the filter looked like it had lung cancer from smoke and the wiper blades had serious bi-polar issues and we had slave salary in our pocket. WELL! I love SUNTRUP HYUNDAI WENTZVILLE the best of all the places because customer service Rocks! Check! All the information you need is given in a respectful and courteous way. Check! And you leave with that same smile you get when you purchase a new car. Check! YEP! You got it, the same smile a old horse have with big teeth. Needless to say, Alex Rogol worked with the budget we had and we still had enough to buy three Big Q slushs from QT up the street. He made us smile and feel safe at the same time. We thanked God all the way home with tears. It means allot to know people care enough about good services to the people as a whole without prejudice. Alex Rogol is the best deal going at Suntrup Hyundai Wentzville we always keep the maintenance up on our Hyundai Accent and we do testify that maintaining proper maintenance is both safe and much needed for any driver. I went in knowing exactly what car i wanted and what features I wanted it to have. This was my first time buying a car and I was by myself. The salesman, Dan Gibbons, offered 3 cars that had the features I wanted. Nothing more nothing less. He didnt really try to sell the car unless you count when he went into more detail of how things worked on the car after i test drove it and said I loved it. He was informative without being pushy. No one in the entire dealership was anything less than friendly and very helpful. Minus the girls who worked upfront in the showroom. They could be more welcoming. The purchase of my car spanned a week because of problems with the bank and the salesman and finance guy, Jason, bent over backwards to get everything taken care of to make sure i had a car. They explained everything to me in very simple words and were extremely accommodating. Not once did i feel like i was being haggled or tricked. The whole process was a lot easier because of them and their efforts. They even explained to my sister why she should not trade in her 2012 Optima for on of their cars yet. I have two friends who each bought the same car as me from two other dealerships and they regret it, especially when I told them about my experience.Except the girls at the door, literally everyone greeted my sister and I, as soon as i walked in the door and asked if we needed water or what not. I recommend to everyone!

My sales consultant was Dan Gibbons. We spoke on the phone before my arrival, he was friendly, helpful and easy to talk to. When I arrived he greeted me with a smile, a handshake and an offer to help me find something Id like. He took his time and found out what I was interested in trying out. We took a walk through their lot. They had a very good selection. I ended up driving three different Hyundai Sonatas and choosing the last one. They had some very good lease offers and I ended up getting my car with one. I had questions about leasing and Dan was quick in getting me answers to anything he wasnt for sure about. When we settled on a deal I worked with JD, their finance manager. He was fast,friendly and got me out the door into my new car in a timely fashion. One thing about this dealer service doesnt end at the point of sale. I have gotten several emails from Dan expressing the desire to help if there is a need, now and in the future. They offer free lifetime car washes and I have taken my car in several times. The service people have been nothing but professional. My total experience with this dealer has been great. Two of my friends bought new cars at this dealership this year. They both recommended Suntrup Hyundai of Wentzville to me and Ill be doing the same.

This was the most pleasant car purchase that I have ever experienced at a large dealership. My husband and I stopped in, near closing time, just to look at my options. I was greeted by Cameron and was pleasantly surprised that he was very nice, honest, helpful and did not use the normal "pressure" tactics that I had experienced at other dealerships. I explained that I had to get home and Id come back the next day. Instead of pressuring me to stay and close the deal then and there, Cameron scheduled a test drive the next day. The following afternoon he made sure to follow up with me prior to our appointment. I decided on the vehicle I wanted and the price I wanted to pay and Cameron made it happen and happen quickly. Also, the financing person went above and beyond to get me the best rate and made sure I understood my options in regards to the warranty. I am now a proud owner of a Hyundai Tuscan(which my family and I love!) and a lifetime customer of Suntrup in Wentzville. Thanks for the pleasant experience! An Incredible Wendy Lemke Experience When our family had decided it was time for a new to us car, we were loathing dealing with used car salesman. Wendy Lemke changed our views not just on used car salesmen, but on car buying in general. Wendy went above and beyond on helping us not only find the car we wanted but in also finding the safest car for our family. Wendy was always friendly and smiling. Answered all of our questions and was very knowledgeable about the product she was selling. Her upbeat attitude and smile are the best. I took my 2016 Azera in due to TPMS error/warning light. Not only was that problem resolved, but an alignment issue that was present in the car since delivery was found and fixed. Lastly, they did a standard service inspection and found that my battery was failing a load test. They replaced the battery. If they had not done the load test and replaced the battery, it is likely that my car would have failed to start at some point in the future. Not only would that have been inconvenient, depending on where a person is, it can be dangerous. I appreciate the quality of service that was provided and the help of my Serivce Advisor (Jack) in getting everything taken care of in one visit. This is the type of service and treatment I have come to expect from Hyundai, and why we have 5 in our family.
