The employees at this Pet Supply store definitely know customer service. I am terrible with names but there were 3 people that helped me the other evening when I visited the store. There was a guy by the name of Adam (I believe) who really went out of his way to offer his help to us.. he even helped us out to our truck. Also, a young lady by the name of Kassidy (maybe) who was helping us pick out a cool new cage for our hamster. Her friendliness and excitement really meant a lot to my kids. I didnt catch the cashiers name but she was also super nice and gave us advice with our hamster. Needless to say, this is a team that any manager or supervisor can be very proud of. Great visit, Pet Supplies Plus has a great assortment of pet food, treats and toys for my furry little pets. I have found that if you use the members card the price is not that much different from the box stores. If you dont find what you need and have a label or brand name, Pet Supplies Plus will work with you to get what you need.

A convenient pet store for those living in Seguin, with a wide selection of pet food brands, tropical fish, and invertebrates. The regular prices are steep, but when they have a sale its totally worth it. the downfall is that the majority of their employees often act very unprofessional.

Love this store! ! Fantastic customer service. I have 2 infants and the team at this store will bring whatever I need out to the car so I dont have to wake up the kids. They have even recommended something slightly different than what I asked for if a comparable product is on sale!

Great staff. Good selection of pet supplies, especially considering this is a smallish store. Definitely covers the basics well. Has a fantastic selection of dog treats. Worth shopping there just for that.
