Employees dont like to work, whenever Ive needed help theres no one around. Its mostly the women that work there that give bad customer service. Last time I went I was walking around the store to find someone to help me, when I finally found someone she was walking towards me, made eye contact, and she knew I was looking at her, and when I started to ask her for help she ignored me, turned to her right and she went to go hide because I wasnt able to find her. Then after I found another person I called out to her if she could help me and the same thing, she ignored me and went to go hide. Its not the first time this has happened, or the second or third, this has happened a lot. They need to talk to the employees and teach them more about customer service. When someone else finally helps me they are always really nice, but its ridiculous that it takes 15-30 minutes to find a employee.

Expensive, but the variety of stuff you find here makes it a one-stop for pet supplies. FYI, as with every other product, watch the "best before" dates on dog and cat food. Some of the bags dont move a lot, and Ive found bags with "best by" dates 6 months ago...I dont blame it on the store...I guess they just dont expect a bag to be sitting on the shelf for more than a year, but sometimes it does...so...just be aware of that stuff.

Do shop around! Store is great except for prices. Have been getting my dog food here but Just this week I shopped at another local business and found same food (blue buffalo) cheaper at this other location. Even w Petcos $5 off offer, it was cheaper at this other location. I quickly realized their reward point system is nothing but a scam just like bestbuys reward program.

Just love the Petco grooming Dept! My dog is sooo dramatic when he gets a haircut. The staff are just wonderful when it comes handling him and his attitude! Been going for 9 years already!!!

Nice place to look around and take the kids occasionally youll find a pee puddle in an aisle but they usually take care of it fast.

Store was clean and bright but was difficult to find employee to get assistance. They dont ask if you want help like most stores.
