I went to this Tractor Supply with my husband today in hopes of purchasing a gun safe. Once we found the one we wanted, we waited at the customer service desk for nearly 20 minutes before anyone showed up to assist us. When purchasing, the employees were totally unhelpful in discussing delivery (the safe is over 500 lbs, not something the two of us could handle) to the point where we just told them to forget it and load it up in our truck. Then, once we got home and started to unload it with some friends, we noticed a huge dent in the front from their fork lift. My husband called to talk to the manager about delivering a replacement, but the manager said they could not arrange that and that they didnt even have a replacement to trade for. We are getting our money back and going somewhere else.

5 STARS to ADKINS store! Why you ask? Simple reason, I love my bunnies and they only eat PURINA RABBIT CHOW - SHOW - its the blue 50lb bag! This TRACTOR SUPPLY carries it for less than $20 BUCKS! No one else carries it! A warning to my fellow bunny parents, not all tractor supply stores carry it either! Ordering this kind online from them is not possible. Oh dont even bother trying to get it from another source, my sincere best of luck wishes to those of you that do, because shipping charges for a 50lb bag is outrageous!!! Id rather spend a few extra dollars in gas driving to this store!

I love getting the 55 pound of dog food here thats the only thing I really consider well valued to be honest.. I also bought a kennel run 2 weeks ago and they kept giving me faces like they were irritated to load the kennel to my trailer .. I even went home missing 2 panels had to go back and pick them up! It was a hassle to say the least ..when they are loading you need to watch them like a hawk apparently..... l

Went to this place the other day was looking for a pulley for my lawnmower very very very RUDE! Middle aged white male employee walked away after I asked for help I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS PLACE!! WASTE OF TIME! Instead go to BILLS TRACTOR down the road very friendly and had parts I needed.

Best customer service! Despite me misreading a sale add on a trailer price and missing the sale by one day, the manager authorized the sale price. This type of customer service is why Tractor Supply is my first choice for purchases. I highly recommend them.

The reason I gave Tractor Supply 4 stars is because if you need something for your farm/animals/around the house, they are open later than the feed stores and are even open on sun.
