Is there less than 1 star? The young man who answered the phone was condescending, rude, and impatient. His manager, Stephanie, was no better. I needed the model number so I crawled all over the dryer - hanging like a bat to find these numbers on the back. Finally, I lost patience and hung up (sorry for the language before I hit end call). I called API Appliance parts. Kathy told me to open the dryer door and the model number was there. How easy. Stephanie and Rude Young Man who failed to identify himself; would you send all recently divorced women who have never fixed anything in their lives to API? They know how to treat customers. Tell them to ask for Kathy.

Always has my parts in stock. They were very helpful over the phone finding a fuse for a gas dryer in which I had no model number for. My broken dryer was fixed for only $15 thanks to their good customer service.

Spent an 30 min in store trying to return an item. Employees were not able to get into system and told me I would have to come back when there was a manager.
