The customer service is nice and friendly however it gets annoying at a certain point when they continue to follow you around asking if they can help you. I would like to pick up a package and read it or just simply browse the store trying to recall the items on my list that I left at home.Yes its definitely a good thing to have great customer service but not to have the feeling that they think your gonna steal something.

Check your receipt. Thats the lesson we were reminded of today. Staff was helpful but cashier forgot to give us rebate form for an item that had a rebate listed. (Should it be the customers responsibility to notify the cashier?) Also, the item we purchased was listed on the shelf as $1 less than what we were charged. Should have checked the receipt for discrepancies before we left. Oh well.

Know a lot of these folks that work here by name now. Takes a bit of time to get the local treatment but for the quick in/out repair really good folks! oh and they have a shop dog too.

The young guys are cool and very helpful with good attitudes. The older guy is rude with an attitude hes the reason for the low rating.
