Managers there are completely ignorant to customers and there employees. Everytime I have been in there the managers are yelling at there associates or being ignorant to a customer. I have witnessed them call people stupid, and accuse them of being wrong. Only know the name of one of them, and thats Jim, nastiest one there, Ive seen him make his associates cry, Just not stuff I want to see or hear when shopping. If you need any help dont ask him. The employees are better than the management. More friendly and reliable.

Ive always liked the staff at this Petsmart and love saying hi to the cats in the adoption area, but I wont be using their grooming services again. They charged me for the expedited grooming fee after telling me that the dont do expedited service on the weekends. Then, I brought home more than a fluffy dog.... Fleas! Ive spent another hundred dollars there on flea treatments for my cats and dog. Vexing but still a customer.

We scheduled our 1 year old German Shepard for grooming on a Sunday morning at 8am. We live 40 minutes away. We forgot the rabies vaccine certificate however the rabies tag was on his collar. But with out the date of vaccine They would not bath him for us. We offered to go get it while they bath him but they would not. We are never going back.

The manager lied about taking my snake to the vet and has neglected it since it got there three days ago. Its been at least 21 days since he has eaten and the nanager has just totally lied and neglected my snake. I called corporate about him and want him FIRED!

I love this store, they always have exactly what I need. The prices are kinda high but worth it. The employees are always helpful and will go out of their way to make sure I get want I need.
