Never will I ever take my dog back to this place to get groomed. I made an appointment the day before and I showed up 5 mins early. There was another lady with her dog in front of us who didnt set up an appointment but they took her anyways. The lady wasnt very friendly and started me a new petco rewards card even tho I already have one. She didnt even asked if I had one. But anyways she took my dog and I said it would be 2 hours. I left did some errands then noticed two hours had gone by and I never received a call. So I gave it another 30 mins. Then I walked in and asked how much longer the lady told me she had just bathed my dog and it would be another hour. Im sorry but my dog get anxious and doesnt like strange places it was cruel to keep my dog locked up for 2 and half hours before you even bathed her. So I wait 20 more mins and I got my dog out of there she was still wet and not brushed but I dont care that is ridiculous. Never again will I pit my dog thru that.

Ive been to the grooming salon to try to get my dogs nails trimmed and buffed 3 times in the past 2 weeks. The first time I got there around 6:15 pm and they were closed already. The sign said they were open until 8 pm. The second time I got there the woman at the grooming salon was very rude and said there was nothing she could do because their computers were down. The third time I got there around 7 pm and they were already closed once again. Why not just stick to the hours you have posted instead of causing a huge inconvenience for myself and my dog who isnt the biggest fan of the car???

Went here to get my 8yr old German Shepherd bathe and the groomer was excellent! Even gave us some pointers to do in between baths and winter care for our spoiled family member.
