Do not buy furniture from this company. I dont typically leave negative reviews on things, but this company is so horrible I had to. I had purchased I full queen size bedroom set for over 2k, when it was delivered is when everything went downhill. Although the delivery guys were courteous and mindful of my apartment, they were rushing through getting everything set up and nicked the top of the one dresser and used a color wax pen to cover it up, also while ripping off the plastic they ripped the front trim piece off the dresser! I had to help lend a hand to try and get the piece back on (spent about 45 minutes doing this), which we managed to do for the most part, but he eventually just "glued" it in 2 spots. It held but was not solid the least bit. After they had finished unboxing everything and they had left, I started to dust everything off and put stuff away, thats when I had noticed there was some type of "pitting" going on in the top left hand corner of the mirror attached to the dresser. Also, as I went to close a dresser draw the knob had fallen off and discovered that the screw was entirely too short to put the knob back on. So I wound up having to drive to the local Home Depot to buy new screws that were long enough. This all on a Sunday evening around 7pm! Was not happy to say the least. The following day I had received a "survey" from The Dump in which I had stated all my concerns and issues. I also called and spoken with a "customer service rep" and stated the same issues and was told that someone would be calling me back to setup an appointment to come out to my house to speak with me......that was over 2 1/2 weeks ago and I have still not heard from anyone. This is just textbook "bad business", they care about you up until you leave the store, after that youre on your own....no matter how much money you spend. I will never go back and spend another dollar at that place. Good riddance. Now I just think the name "The Dump" suits you.

On March 3rd I went in and purchased myself a new queen bed and low profile foundation. I was told at least 2 weeks for it to be in and they would call. Last week I called in and was told it was in but the notes said I was to call them....how I was supposed to know their delivery schedule is still beyond me but ok. I went last night to pick it up and out rolled a queen mattress and twin foundation...I was beside myself. They "fixed" it and brought back the queen mattress and queen foundation. So I strap it to my jeep and go home, mind you this is now 8:30 and I shouldve been home closer to 7 and its dark out. Now i unload, get the foundation in and go to the mattress, its not my mattress. I call in and am told to call back tomorrow. I walk back to my room, look at my lonely foundation and the go look at the old one and realize, its the same size, not low profile. I called in at 11:02 this morning, now they have it all there but I have to wait till Tuesday and it will conflict with my work schedule, so needless to say its been a stressful headache for majority of my experience. The only good was the intentions at the beginning but it seemed to keep getting worse. So its Tuesday and the dispatch company cant be reached or be bothered to reach out to me even though they cancelled my delivery after I made sure I had someone home when I went to work to ensure my room could be finally put together and I could sleep on something other than my floor. But nope, every step I take in this process there is a terrible mistake made by the dump. Now Im scheduled for a Sunday delivery, not tomorrow, not Friday or even Saturday but a whole 8 days after I picked up my mattress I should finally have the mattress home.

The only reason I am giving a 2-star rating is due to the furniture selection and quality. Otherwise, I would be completely turned off and wouldnt recommend anyone to this place. The sales staff is not attentive and often unresponsive. And this was on 2 SEPARATE orders. My first I thought it was just due to being overwhelmed with work flow and the 3-hour experience of buying things I had already seen twice was a fluke. However, I went back for another order and grabbed another salesman who was no different. I was instructed that things would be prepped and ready to go at the dock at time of pick-up. 1st of 3 loads - shipment was still on floor which warehousemen were unaware of, and sat at the dock for 45 minutes. 2nd of 3 loads - pick up was at main warehouse where we waited another HOUR for 3 pieces of furniture. 3 separate warehouseman wouldnt pay us mind until 2 guys coming back from break assisted. 3rd of 3 loads - Still WAITING after they said 3 weeks. Its been 5 and wont be here for another. The only good experience I have had is the furniture (which my beds didnt have the bed slates included) and the finance department here. Otherwise, I WOULD STRONGLY AVOID THIS PLACE. I am will be purchasing my furniture elsewhere from this point on.

I went to the Dump in search of a sofa. Found the perfect set. I bought the floor model and paid cash. Although my sales associate was awesome, trying to pay for it was a 24 minute ordeal. They couldnt find it in the system. Unbelievable. I was given a delivery date and received the automated confirmation delivery time from 1-4. 4:20p and no delivery. I call customer service who tells me my furniture was never loaded on the truck. What???? Did I hear him correctly? I took off from work, missing an entire days pay and waited for hours for furniture that was never loaded?? I was asked to schedule another delivery date. What angered me was the nonchalance of customer service. They basically said "oh, well, we screwed up. So what. Just schedule a new date". I was LIVID!!!! Also, so many lies were told. I was told they couldnt contact the driver to have them go to the store, load it & deliver as promised. But you were able to call to find out it wasnt on the truck. I will be at the store the second it opens demanding some sort of refund of compensation. If not, they can take this sale and the commission and put it in a place the sun doesnt shine. Im done with this store.

We ordered a dining room set, we are told it is on back order but not to worry, "it will be here by the end of September," September comes and goes with no communication from the store, so we call and they say, "your table is here but chairs are still being shipped, well call you as soon as they are arrive," October comes and goes with no word, as we are making credit card payments on a table we dont even have. We call today, are hung up on twice. My husband goes into the store, the table isnt there, so they either lied or gave it to someone else. No one has any single idea where it or the chairs are. Fml. They do nothing to try to replace the set or make it right. They are, in fact, behaving like they are not surprised because this happens all the time. Anything to make a sale I guess. We will never be back to this place, we will never recommend it to anyone. The Dump is actually a dump.
