So today I went to Ashley Furniture to get a mattress, which is super overwhelming with all the choices and options that stores have to offer. I was so grateful when we walked in and the sales associate who greeted us was so helpful. Nick Quiles made an experience I was dreading easy, comfortable, and fun! He answered all my questions, was able to tell me the difference between the types of mattresses, which mattresses were more likely to trap heat (which was a big concern for me), while talking about his own mattress and experiences with the different types and his preference (which helped me because Im super indecisive), he was also funny and not pushy. Nick also gave us time and space to try out the mattresses by ourself and talk privately about which I liked more and coming back and checking up on us periodically and giving us information about whatever mattress I happened to be on. Im extremely grateful for all his help and advice and I honestly wouldnt have been able to make a decision without his advice on how to try out beds, and how he didnt pressure me into buying or try to get me in and out as quickly as possible. He also took the time to carefully explain the differences between the different kind of mattress protectors they had that I was looking at and gave his recommendation on the one I would need along with the experience he had with his own mattress protector ( I actually got the same cooling one as him). Nick Quiles was super cool, extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and very kind! I would highly recommend him and Ashley Furniture of Millville to anyone looking to do some furniture shopping! THANK YOU SO MUCH NICK!! YOU ARE AWESOME!!!!

Customer Service and Professionalism exceeded all expectations - Love the friendly staff beginning with Amanda Mercado who absolutely refused to allow us to purchase something we didnt love - when we built our home we bought a couch and love seat - we have had them since 2011 - the leather began to split on the love seat but the couch was still perfect. We decided to buy a new love seat but when we went into the store Amanda informed us that when the company found the material to be unacceptable they discontinued the product. Since we could not match the color the store manager offered to give us a FULL REFUND for the couch and love seat that we purchased 6 years ago - they will be picking them up and replacing them this week with a new couch and love seat that we absolutely love! Everyone from Ashley to Mary Rose at the main office - to Michael Harrell who took care of placing the order for us today in such courteous manner and top if off with sales manager Dwayne Johnson who set up financing for us 31 months interest free. I dont know about you but I dont like pushy sales people - These guys are the best - the quality of the furniture is fabulous and the prices are great - Thanks so much to all of the staff at Ashley Furniture for your incredible five star service - we would give you a ten if we could :)

Absolutely horrible quality! We purchased furniture for our Living Room, Dining Room and Bedroom from Ashley HomeStore in Millville All of the furniture is poorly constructed with the cheapest materials (and the price tag was not cheap by any means)! Our new floors were scratched when the furniture was delivered. The sofa has required FIVE service calls and it is not even a year old! For each service call, we had to rearrange our schedule and wait for a tech to come out Most recently, the springs and frame of the sofa broke through on the right side with staples and screws coming out and a piece of cracked wood pertruding from the bottom. Obviously a major safety concern especially with little kids I contacted the store to speak with a manager and was told there was not a manager on duty that particular day! How convenient We have a couch in our basement from Raymour & Flanigan that is 10 years old. Never had a problem with it! Our biggest mistake was not going back to them. Unfortunately, we liked the style of the Ashley sofa and decided to purchase it after shopping around. WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM ASHLEY FURNITURE AGAIN!

My husband David and I desperately needed some furniture for our newly acquired home. I, of course, called several times and came in a couple times and always dealt with Rob--for some reason, I like talking to one person and just that person so I always stuck with him. Poor Rob; he showed me numerous times about coffee tables, bedroom sets, the financing options and I never bought anything until I could convince my husband to come in. Well, I (again) called Rob after work this past Saturday, asked about their prices/specials/financing, and my husband finally agreed to go on that upcoming Monday. We were able to get everything that we needed (plus the picture for our living room that Ive been eyeing for months!), and Rob hooked us up with some Ashley cash so I could get a mattress pad for free. It took about an hour and a half to do everything, and while we thought it would take the normal 12-16 weeks to deliver, Rob is making it happen in 3 days because everything we ordered is in the warehouse. Ah-mazing! Couldnt ask for a better experience!

YOU MADE A VERY VERY DIFFICULT SITUATION AND SAD ONE, INTO A HAPPY AND BRIGHTER FUTURE OUTCOME FROM OUR TIME THERE...WHICH CONSISTED OF YOU FULLY DECORATING OUR NEW HOME. WE HAD A HORRIFIC TRAGEDY THAT BROUGHT US HERE BUT YOU HELPED PROFESSIONALLY AND HUMANLY AS POSSIBLE..I WILL HIGHLY RECOMMENDED YOU.... We love this store!!!! Robin Greene is the homestore specialist that helped us purchase our living room set a few years ago! She is excellent! To this day she knows which living room set we picked and what pillows we bought!!! We were told to ask for her by my sister in law as she was also very pleased with her customer service. She is friendly, courteous, knowledgable and attentive to our needs and to what fits our style and budget. My husband Christian and I, often go to the store just to look and get ideas for our next project and purchases and just stroll around. We always look for Robin!!! Now that we have moved in our new home Robin helped us with the purchase of our dining room set, a desk, a dresser for my daughters room, and more pillows to match the ones we previously purchased. she made everything easy and my pieces arrived on time!!! Cant say enough good things about her, stop by and ask for Robin, Im positive you will agree!
