I will no longer be shopping at this store nor getting my childrens prescriptions filled here. I have used this pharmacy for a short time and they have been wonderful. However, the last 2 times that I have had to go inside to pick up things as I often do, I have experienced the same rude and dismissive behavior from someone named "Carlos". On one occasion his phone took precedent over the assistance I needed and I had to bother someone at the pharmacy counter instead. The second encounter involved him being rudely dismissive and wouldnt even answer my question because he was "working on something important". If the customer isnt important for just a second of your time, then you are probably in the wrong line of work. CVS will be filling my childrens prescriptions now, as well as handling all of my other drug store needs.

Kohinoor is one of those places that makes Moorpark, CA worth it. Shopping here is an experience, not an errand. The selection is world class. Tarot curates his store with merchandise at all price levels, but nothing you buy there feels cheap. He also delivers personalized service with a polite, peaceful and generous flair that represents the best of Japanese culture. Highly recommended for tourists and locals alike, and theres plenty of non-incense items like pottery and lotions if you arent into incense.

was standing in line and the male cashier was very polite to the Caucasian customer, when it was my turn to pay he was very rude when I had asked a question about a coupon I was using his tone of voice was a bit aggressive. Not sure if it was because I am Latino. I didnt want to make a scene but it was a very uncomfortable experience. Wont be stoping by anytime soon.

The choice is the best Ive found in these parts and I tend to stock up when I go. Also one of the few places to find decent writing paper sets. I browse for a long time before choosing and even though its a pretty small store I never feel under pressure to hurry up and get out the way. Had a nice friendly chat with the lady behind the counter too.

I love this pharmacy! They are so helpful! They call if there is a problem and they go out out of their way to be sure your needs are met! Best pharmacy in Moorpark for sure! Dont bother with any of the others if you want a competent, helpful staff filling your order!

This is one of the newer, nicer pharmacies in moorpark. It has a drive thru which is super convenient. Docked one star because can never find any staff to help when I have a question or am looking for something.
