AMAZING!! That is what i would use to describe their soap and their service. I came in here looking for a little gift or my girlfriend (fooled by the cupcake shaped soap). And to my surprise i fell in love with their products! The orchid scrub and lotion has to be my favorite. leaves me feeling super soft and smooth. And being handmade in Pasadena is even better,and their service is phenomenal. They explained to me the benefits of using their products as well as their process. And the deals are pretty good. Super sweet and friendly i definitely recommend to check this place out.

This was my first time here and the lady that works there was 15 minutes late while 3 of her customers was outside waiting for the shop to open including me. When she finally decided to show up she opens the door with the keys and doesnt apologize or welcomes her customers in. Instead she opens the door and walks herself inside in and did not greet any of her patient customers. I dont understand this business shes working at. But that store did have what I needed and what i was looking for.

My first time there the owner act as if my son was going to destroy the store, and all he was doing was standing next to me. Everytime he touched a bottle he freaked and stomped his feet. After about the third stomp I left. They barely have what you need and everything is cramped. DO NOT GO!

Great source for wigs, including character wigs. Like you want to buy the wig just to write a scene. Super friendly staff. Lots of oils and raw shea butter!
