After 17 years of marriage my wife and I decided to renew our wedding vows. For this special occasion I needed to find a ring that was both one of a kind and perfect, just like my spouse. The journey of looking for something special wasnt something I was going to take lightly and I wanted to make sure that my beautiful bride was involved in the process. So for months we spent many a weekend making long treks to jewelry stores far and wide. Some of the stores included Dominion Jewelers, Quest, Tiffanys, Mervis and I Gorman. The quality of the rings in all these stores was nice but the customer service experience was vastly different from store to store. After looking at many different rings none of them garnered the reaction from my wife that I had expected she would receive when she found "the one." For many a weeks we were taking the major highways into DC, Rockville and past by the Christian Caine advertisement billboards as we did. I personally didnt think we would find what we were looking for just miles away from where we lived so I didnt give Christian Caine much thought until I started getting fed up with having to make the long drive into DC only to be disappointed when we couldnt find anything we liked. Only because I felt like I was running out of options did I decide to take my wife to Christian Caine to look to see what we would find. That decision was like a breath of fresh air. Instantly upon walking in you could tell the store was just, "different." EVERY, SINGLE element of the buying experience was far above and beyond what we experienced anywhere else. The staff at Christian Caine truley make you feel as if youre family and they have your best interest at heart. They spent a great amount of time just understanding our needs and requirements before they even started to identify possible solutions. At the end we decided to go with a custom made ring based off of a design that we saw at the store while we were there but with some slight alterations to fit my wifes taste. To make things more challenging our turn-around time for the ring was rather short due to the fact that we had spent so much time looking for rings and coming up short that the forum at this time was just weeks away at this point. The day had come to pick up the ring and as we walked in the store to see the final product the staff behind the desk seemed to be more excited than we were for us to see "the ring." I seriously cant put into words just how beautiful the end product was, to say it was amazing would be selling it short. The ring was beautiful just like my bride of 17 years and better yet, see the look she had her face when she saw it for the first time made the entire experience perfect. None of the other stores came close to the quality of the ring that was made for us at the price point we received. I easily knew that I found the best deal after months of looking and it was right in my back yard. Christian Caine not only made a sale that day but they won customers and advocates for life. Thank you to all the staff that took part in making our experience special, we greatly appreciate it and will never forget all you did for us to make sure everything went without a hitch! I walked into Christian Caine searching for a one-of-a- kind engagement ring. I walked out not only with a ring that everyone compliments, but with true friends in Christopher and his staff. I could go on and on about the high quality and impressively designed rings Christian Caine offers. However, anyone searching for a ring can easily recognize what a unique and impressive collection is offered simply by walking in and glancing at the jewelry. One thing that cannot be noticed with a simple glance is Christian Caine’s unmatched customer service. You can tell every single employee thoroughly enjoys their job and Christopher, the designer, has a true passion and talent for making great jewelry. I am so blessed and thankful I decided to purchase my ring from Christian Caine! The engagement and wedding came and went quickly, but the look on her face when she first saw the ring and the smile she still gets when she looks at it will never fade. -Kevin When we started talking about rings we could not find one we both loved, until we walked into Christian Caine. With a few modifications to an existing design, my dream ring existed. Christopher and his staff are all great people. Every time we go to Christian Caine it is a wonderful experience. My husband and I have been going to Christian Caine since we were in high school. We have been given the same care and attention for almost 8 years now, and every time you walk in it is an enchanting experience. I get to talk to the people who are creating and fixing my jewelry, because the jewelers are on site. I never have to wait for things to be sent away or worry about timing, they make it as easy as possible. These things made them the obvious and only choice when it was time to get our wedding rings. (My engagement ring is from there too) The real magic was my husbands wedding band. I had his fathers wedding band to his mother, and it was a beautiful hand engraved gold band - it was a mountain and forest scene they had sketched one time while hiking. They were able to stretch the band while preserving the design and adding some personal touches (such as a fleur-de-lis engraving). They also created a silver sleeve for the band to make it stronger, it is stunning. We are customers for life, I cannot imagine buying my jewelry anywhere else.

My fiance and I got engaged in July of 2011. My first impression of Christian Caine was the beautiful wood box holding an even prettier engagement ring. My fiance picked out a one of a kind custom design that was absolutely stunning. I was even more surprised to see that along with the ring, Christopher provided us with a care package including a personal bottle of champagne, chocolate and more. Shortly after our engagement we visited the store and I was blown away by the decor and the jewlery. The staff was exceptional and Christpher treated us like family. I couldnt imagine dealing with anyone else for such a special and personal experience.

First words to come to mind are BREATH TAKING,,, From the decor when you walk in to the Pieces of jewelry. Christiancaine is a remarkable store. The designs are so intricate and beautiful. The people working in the store are so friendly and helpful. They treat you as family and make you feel very welcomed. One of my favorite features is they do custom works to fit your wants and ideas. They take the time to work with you and to make sure you are getting EXACTLY what you want. I recently designed a necklace to represent my children and I absolutely love it. Its one of a kinda and very meaningful to myself. I recommend this place to everyone.
