Child number 2 now headed into his Senior year. . . so far experience with Herf Jones has been ok. no major complaints and my first sons ring, announcements, all graduation items were perfect. Yes, pricey but when you compare their prices are not much more than anyone else. I looked at getting son #2s class ring from walmart - their selection wasnt as good and from what I was looking at we may have saved $50 - but then wouldnt have gotten the actual school mascot on the ring either. With all that said I do have one complaint. . I need to pick up my sons ring, and I called last week spoke to the girl who answered the phone who told me we will be open from 10 am - 2 pm on Saturdays until June10 (or something like that) I said great, we will come this Saturday - May 27 to get his ring then. So I drove the 20 mins to them just to find they were closed. And since they dont open and then close during the time I am at work I now have to task my parents to pick this up for me. So just want to say thanks for wasting my time and my gas on Saturday morning!

Absolutely WORST experience ever! Announcements were received 2 weeks before graduation date with NO envelopes. When you call customer service all they take is your call back information for someone to call you within 48 hours. These announcements are completely useless to me. I will be contacting the university to request they sever all ties with Herff Jones. Do not order announcements from this company! I would rate this zero stars if they let me ... but alas in order to get this comment posted I had to click a star.

Terrible experience as well. They sent my order to the wrong address because someone came in 10 days after I ordered my grad announcements and placed an order so they sent my order to them. To resolve the problem they recommended that I retrieve my order from the person they shipped them to. I am getting a refund & cancelling my order. I placed my order on March 21 and its now May 25 and I still have no announcements.
