Some years back bc I knew Brad thru a friend I took my 5 krt London blue topazs there to be set in two filagree gold rings/settings given to me by my dad and stspmom who died of cancer. Her only gift to me. One disappeared . They never called me . They never did anything about it. I gave up. Then the same friend, his mother took her jewelry there for a long time and promptly stopped when a large emerald was swapped out . Never went back.
